We stayed here as part of a tour. The rooms were small but were clean and warm, with great bedding and wonderfully hot showers. There may have been some questionable smells around but it was still definitely my most comfortable hotel in Peru.

We stayed here as part of our tour with Tucan. We stayed one night before we went to lake titicaca and one night after. The room smelt like sewerage and on the second night, we found a used tampon and a whole bunch of hair in the toilet bowl - despite there being a sign on top of the toilet... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. After 2 weeks of staying in hotels all over Peru, this was the closest to the feel of an American hotel. The showers and bathtubs provided hot water, with great pressure, all day. The rooms had space heaters but they weren't really needed because the bedding was incredibly warm - it... More

Wonderful staff willing to do anything. A most pleasant two day stay. We chose a room with windows rather than an interior room. We needed parking and one of the staff went with us to find the park which was off site. Staff also organized a Lake Titicaca adventure. Nothing was a problem for them.

Average hotel with average facilities. Even for the price, I didn't expect to have such problems. The wifi did not work for Android devices, due to poor networking. We stayed on level 5. The water did not work in the morning (6:30am), so we could only flush the toilet once. Called reception and they sent someone up to fix it,... More

A great hotel very close to the main square. The staff was very helpful. If you need a cab or anything, simply ask the front desk and they are happy to help. WiFi was not good but if you need to use the Internet, the hotel has two computer in the lobby for you to use. The buffet breakfast was... More

Clean simple rooms. No wifi but there are 2 computers available. Complimentary coca tea upon arrival and a heater in the room. I got a room on the first floor facing the street. It gets pretty noisy out on the street way too early in the morning so maybe higher up could be quieter. The best part at this hotel... More

Spent 3 nights here as part of a Geckos tour. It's a nice quiet hotel. Rooms are fairly simple and basic. Hotel is well set up though. Complimentary cocoa tea always available in the lobby and one of the best breakfasts in hotels I've seen so far in Peru. Wifi isn't too flash, if you're any higher than level 2.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2014. A lot of tour groups stay here as well, and the front desk is helpful managing tours, questions around town, getting you a taxi for the day (we did this with Leo, a 22yo who also works at the hotel, and he was the BEST driver we had in all of... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Geckos tour. The hotel is in a good location only one block from Plaza de Armas and relatively quiet. Our room was plainly decorated, but a decent size, clean and comfortable with a TV and heater provided. The free wi-fi was unreliable in our room but worked well in common... More
