This hotel was booked by my tour company. It is right beside lake titicaca and about a 10 minute taxi ride from Central Puno. The taxi costs 10 soles each way. The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Restaurant serves good food but is a little expensive. I... More

Eco Inn is clean, and staff were friendly. Organised taxis into town etc. (About 10 Peruvian Sols) The hotel is out of town, overlooking the lake and has an alpaca farm attached. The meals were fine- buffet breakfast. The log fire in the foyer was the best feature- warm and inviting.

We arrived to a room with one bed when we had booked two. The room was very noisy, perhaps carpet on the floors in the hall would help? Also doors that don't need to be slammed to close would help. Staff in the dining room were fantastic, the guy at the front desk was NOT! The breakfast in the morning... More

Just your basic hotel, no frills, no excitement. It was MUCH better than some other hotels in Peru that were rated 3-star. We enjoyed the garden and the alpacas. Restaurant was adequate. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and receomend it.

This hotel was one of our favorite in our Peru trip. The room was large and clean. A large window facing the Marsh with a window seat. Lots of light. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We ate there 2 nights in a row. A generous breakfast... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was very dirty and noisy. It should be 2 star rather than 3 star. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff was helpful. We have found couple of bugs in the room

Everything worked at the Eco Inn in Puno - the water was hot, the towels were clean and the beds comfortable, but there was no pzazz... the long corridors are very institutional and noisy, and the decor is not that inviting. We stayed two separate nights in different triple rooms each with three large single beds, and the rooms were... More

We spend only one night there as part of our tour with Condor Travel. We were supposed to stay a 2nd night but because of the announcement of a strike/manifestation planned for the following day we had to rush out of Puno at night. Nonetheless, we enjoyed watching the llamas from the restaurant at breakfast and thought our room was... More

The llamas in the back garden are fun to watch, but there's not a great deal else to shout about at this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms but with no free bottle of mineral water, dirty brown tap water and a basin which didn't drain the nasty water away properly. Service in the restaurant was of a Fawlty Towers level: my... More
