Of 23 nights in Peru, with rack rate accommodations ranging from under $100 to over $500, the most troublesome and uncomfortable place we stayed. Only place to collect passports, keep them for copy and insist you return to collect. Room had view of fluorescent lit hall, with inadequate blocking curtains, shower didn't work, safe was locked (they did send someone... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is ten minutes by taxi from the main plaza in Puno. It is located right at front of Lake Titicaca, however, it is not the greatest part of the lake. The hotel is very clean. We had two connected rooms – a triple for my kids and grandma and a double... More

We spent two nights here as part of our Lake Titicaca tour. The good: CLEAN, Safe, family operated feel to the restaurant and other services, large-spacious rooms. The not-so-good: School Dormitory feel to the rooms, hallways and restaurant. NOISY hallways. Poor sleep quality compared to hotels we stayed at in Lima, Cusco and Aguas Calientes. SLOW service in the BAR.... More

Surroundings are very nice. Service was very good except for the restaurant, although it might has been our experience with the person that took care of us. Rooms are ok, but bed sheets and towels are ready for a change.

Wow - Night and Day from the Eco Inn Colca Canyon from which we had just come.... This was the high point of our trip, so I arrived feeling "altitudinally challenged" The kind lady at the desk offered me 10 minutes of free oxygen if I would like it. It seemed like I would just be back to square one... More

This was my first visit to Peru and Lake Titicaca and Milagros Pedroza made this visit special. Also Deysi Chacon also was a wonderful food service person. This was the finest of the 4 hotels we stayed in there. The safest, warmest and most comfortable beds. Fan in bathroom could have been a little softer sound.

1. The name Eco Inn you would assume that they are Eco freindly. NOT. Lights are neither CFL or LED. Still the encandescent ligh bulbs. No dual flush toilets either. 2. Noisy. You can hear the noise from the hallway. What made it worse is that their hallway is tiled and the noise echos and seemed to be amplified. At... More

If you are just going to Puno for The Uros Reed Islands and the Island of Tequile on Lake Titicaca, then this place is great. If you want to spend time in Puno, and I am really not sure why you would want to, this hotel is way to far out of town to be convenient. The rooms are excellent... More

This hotel had good and bad points. First, nice views, excellent food in the restaurant and prompt polite service. Big rooms, a herd of llamas outside and just across the road from the lake. Most of my group really liked the hotel but I must have been given a bad room. I found six long curly black hairs in my... More

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. This was one of our best accommodations in Peru. The bathroom had reliable hot water, flushing toilets, and even a hair dryer. We would also recommend going to their hotel restaurant. In total, a meal for two and one night's stay was $78.00 USD. Great value for everything! Although... More
