We spend only one night there as part of our tour with Condor Travel. We were supposed to stay a 2nd night but because of the announcement of a strike/manifestation planned for the following day we had to rush out of Puno at night. Nonetheless, we enjoyed watching the llamas from the restaurant at breakfast and thought our room was... More

The llamas in the back garden are fun to watch, but there's not a great deal else to shout about at this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms but with no free bottle of mineral water, dirty brown tap water and a basin which didn't drain the nasty water away properly. Service in the restaurant was of a Fawlty Towers level: my... More

Very comfortable room, portable heater provided and used. Kitchen on view next to restaurant so reassuring to know it and the staff were spotlessly clean and well run. Food tasty, especially alpaca steaks. Staff helpful. Some market stalls by hotel entrance with local crafts to browse. Beautifully kept gardens. A peaceful place between the twice daily noisy train passing through.... More

After having spent several nights in Casa Andina hotels staying at the Eco inn was a welcome change. Like many reviewers I spent two nights there. The garden facing the entrance is quite nice. I was very pleased to have a room with a view to the lake. Room 301 was quite confortable and I did like the 3 corners... More

This is a charming hotel where we stayed for 2 nights, very close to the city, and over looking Lake Titicaca. In the back of the hotel they have some Llamas munching away. We ate in the hotel both nights, and I wont say the food was the best I have ever eaten, but you could not complain about it... More

Stayed for two nights as part of Travelsphere tour. Nice welcoming feel to the start of our enjoyable two nights. Friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, we had to request a change of room soon after our arrival because the room we were given, on the ground floor had a horrible musty, damp, drain type smell. However, the room next door was... More

Of 23 nights in Peru, with rack rate accommodations ranging from under $100 to over $500, the most troublesome and uncomfortable place we stayed. Only place to collect passports, keep them for copy and insist you return to collect. Room had view of fluorescent lit hall, with inadequate blocking curtains, shower didn't work, safe was locked (they did send someone... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is ten minutes by taxi from the main plaza in Puno. It is located right at front of Lake Titicaca, however, it is not the greatest part of the lake. The hotel is very clean. We had two connected rooms – a triple for my kids and grandma and a double... More

We spent two nights here as part of our Lake Titicaca tour. The good: CLEAN, Safe, family operated feel to the restaurant and other services, large-spacious rooms. The not-so-good: School Dormitory feel to the rooms, hallways and restaurant. NOISY hallways. Poor sleep quality compared to hotels we stayed at in Lima, Cusco and Aguas Calientes. SLOW service in the BAR.... More

Surroundings are very nice. Service was very good except for the restaurant, although it might has been our experience with the person that took care of us. Rooms are ok, but bed sheets and towels are ready for a change.
