The views of the lake are spectacular especially at sunrise. It has its own dock and tours can be easily arranged to tour the lake and the floating islands. Rooms are nice and spacious. The restaurant is excellent and the easiest choice for meals as the hotel is a bit isolated from town. The staff is very helpful and herbal... More

Spent two wonderful nights at this exquisite hotel located on its own island, access is by a small road bridge. Rooms are slightly on the small size but if you can request a lake view room it will more than make up for it. The hotel restaurant offers good fare but not spectacular.

Stayed for one night (actually only 11hrs!). Arrived on the Andean Explorer train @ 7.30 pm and pick up was 6.30 am. Good stuff: now a smart hotel ( guide told us it used to be a prison!!) clean, small room, comfy bed & pillows, hot shower, free wifi, adequate breakfast although nothing special, STUNNING picture window in our room... the best hotel in Puno by all feedback. Great location. We got a sunset lake view. The staff are highly professional. The room was nicely appointed with lovely touches including fresh flowers and chocolate The bathroom let the room down as it was definitely not 5 start appointed. The restaurant served some of the best food we had in South... More

A well located gated hotel property over looking Lake Titicaca. Modern European styling with very comfortable rooms, great views of the lake. Loved the warm, and inviting sitting area and bar in the lobby, complete with cozy fireplace for the cool evenings, and bright sunny windows in the morning. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, very clean and well kept. Excellent... More

I was going back and forth between and excellent rating and very good as a result of the service in their restaurant. Our rooms view was INCREDIBLE. Not only could you see the Uros islands but you could sit and enjoy the sunrise as well. Wifi worked well in the rooms. The rooms themselves were very spacious and comfy. If... More

We stayed one night and were glad it was on,y one night. We had a very small room at the back of the hotel. The lifts were very small and we had to wait. The room was clean . The wifi was not good we could only get reception in the public areas. The breakfast was basic.

Every room in in hotel affords a view of Lake Titaca, some looking back to Puno, others to Uros. Rooms are on the smallish side but quite comfortable. Buffet breakfast and restaurant I would also clasify as 4 star. Free wifi is great, as is the oxygen should you require it. The staff are all very friendly. You are not... More

Outstanding view and nicely appointed rooms, albeit quite small. Good breakfast, but poorly trained servers for dinner (included). Good food. Staff overall friendly and helpful. Nice bar area, with two fireplaces. Free bottled water (gracias).

This is a very nice hotel fitting its 4 star rating. Not trying to be anything it isn't. Of note was the exceptionally helpful staff at reception, with great English. I needed to print and scan back several documents and they were very cooperative. Good quality meals in a dining room with a great setting overlooking Lake Titicaca. Rooms comfortable... More
