I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel. The rooms are very outdated. They must have put all the renovation money into the lobby area. The views are what make the hotel. Wifi not available in rooms. Great service and friendly staff. Hot tub is blah but sauna and steam room are nice.

This was my first hotel stay in Peru. I loved the hotel and for the price, its a steal. I paid 200$ for 2 days stay. Pros: Great views Fair price Amazing breakfast Great Bar Alpaca store in the premises Cons: Rooms are ill-equipped with heating facility Away from the city center Charges are ridiculously expensive for the drinks and... Got the upgrade mentioned on the website when booking although suspect the package travellers get standard rooms which seem big enough when I looked at them. Room with view across lake Titicaca and a comfortable bed. If you get the time then walk around the Island as it is teeming with wild life including wild guinea pigs. Many people seem... More

Good hotel with a great location on its own island. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is good with strong coffee and large variety. Also with a great view. However, the rooms need updating - it's not amazing but it's good enough w comfy beds. Not luxurious but nice.

Only stayed in this Hotel for one night before going on the Cruise to Lake Titicaca. Room was basic, clean, & comfortable; could see view of Lake Titicaca; internet was extremely slow inside the room. We dined in the Hotel Restaurant. Food was good & service was ok.

This is billed as a 5* hotel, but I would rate it as 3*. The rooms have marvellous views over the lake and are comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny. It is a good 20 minutes from downtown Puno on a peninsular so it is quiet and away from the action. We had a snack in the bar and the... More

The hotel wasn't anything "real special" in our option, but to be fair, we asked for a hotel by the plaza in "town" and was told we were, when in reality one needed a taxi to get to. Mis-communication perphaps? A big deal?, not in the long run since our time in Puno was short and shortened more by dalays.The... More

This is the best hotel in Puno, the location is amazing for views across the lake. The rooms are super comfortable. The staff is amazing and helps out where ever they can. The breakfast is excellent. Just a cornucopia of choices. The only downside to the hotel is the it is very far from downtown. A good 20 minute taxi... More

This hotel has a fantastic location! Few places can beat the view of the wonderful Titicaca Lake The location is the primary asset of the hotel. It should be rated 3,5 or 4 star because the hotel is a bit worn.Bathroom is ok, but not luxurious. The beds are good, but rooms rather small. The aircon system is strange and not... More
