We stayed here for one night during September while passing through Puno. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Very comfortable, spacious room with a private bathroom. A heater was also provided during this cold month. Would recommend!

We arrived in Puno and the hotel we hoped to stay was full. So we ended up at Cordelius. The room was clean and the bathroom was big but the room was quite cold. We checked out the surrounding areas and when we came back we had to wait for probably 10 minutes until someone opened the door. We were... More

The room and bathroom were spacious with an enormous 2m+ bed which was extremely comfortable. Warm shower. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Walk to Plaza de Armas is approx. 15 minutes. Wifi and heating worked very well.

We got to puno,no taxi drivers knew where the hotel was. The hotel is on a street where there isn't much else going on and graffiti everywhere-we were quite daunted when we arrived. We were put in a room that had a window with a crack in it but were moved. Breakfast was simple- toast, bananas, coffee, jam and an... More

Stayed 3 nights. Several emails in English and Spanish were sent regarding pickup and tours prior to our arrival. Note that the owner, Delia, speaks little English, but she gets help to read and send her emails when they are in English. Delia picked us up from the bus station. Note that all cab rides in the city should be... More

Breakfast is very good( for Peruvian standards you might even call it continental;) ) Everything is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful, as long as you can speak a little spanish! Our room was much nicer than in the pictures and the wifi is good too. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from... More

The hotel is newly refurbished/redecorated. It is much more attractive than the professional photos. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The marble and tile bathrooms look brand new. I had some water pressure problems, but they have probably been worked out by now. (This seems to be an inherent problem in many Peruvian hotels) The family staff are extremely cordial... More

The hotel contacted us in advance, asked if we needed transport to the hotel, it is 10 minutes walking distance from the bus station, so we chose to walk; nevertheless senora Delia guaranteed she'd meet us and she did. She was waiting for us inside the bus terminal when we arrived. Puno is not the most developed city in Peru,... More
