I stayed here with an Intrepid / Highland Tour group. It was a decent little hotel. There is internet access in reception. Very clean and tiled throughout with a lovely sunny breakfast area. The location is a bit hidden down a side street and you could easily get lots it you don't take a hotel card with you. They looked... More

Good mid-range hotel arranged as part of our package was just fine. Comfortable bed was quite warm with all the thick blankets - no need for a heater. Quiet location about 3-4 blocks from Jr Lima street where all the restaurants are. Had we stayed closer to that area it probably would have been noisy. Hot water in shower was... More

We booked this hotel through an agent… never a good idea. It was sold to me as a good medium range hotel. I’d say it is on the lower end of medium range, but the room was actually surprisingly OK compared to the lobby and other common areas, which are old and dated (see my photos). Our room was large... Welcoming and warm! This hotel was like home in a foreign land. The staff was friendly and helpful in planning excursions to Lake Titikaka. The room was very clean and spacious bathroom. There was a space heater that helped with the cool environment of this high altitude atmosphere. the beds were comfortable and had warm lama wool blankets. It was... More

The hotel looked like an 80s good hotel, so it was oldish inside. We went there because it had an amazing backyard which looked quite pretty on photos, but it was being remodeled, so instead of an amazing backyard full of plants we had an unfinished construction. However, the service was fantastic, any problem you had the crew almost flew... More

This was a nice little hotel that had a family feel to it. The desk workers were so friendly and helpful. Tea upon arrival was nice. Our room was large and very clean. The bathroom appeared as if it was just redone and everything worked - including hot water! I love the piles of alpaca blankets. Breakfast was pretty good... More

This hotel is located near to the main square in a quite street in Puno. The rooms are not big but they are clean with a heating and hot water for taking a shower. The breakfast is good enough, the price per night is really cheap considering what you get for It.

We spent in this hotel 2 nights. The first one in the forst floor and for the second one we moved to the second floor. The rooms in the 1st floor are louder and colder. The 2nd floor is comfortabler. The staff in the hotel is very polite and helpful. The rooms should have heater inside, but when I asked... More

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Puno Terra Hotel in Puno, Peru. The room was very clean and spacious, the staff warm and welcoming. The location is very convenient to the tourist areas with restaurants, stores, and the Plaza de Armas.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Lake Titicaca. Staff were REALLY helpful (we had a couple of issues with the agent that we booked our visit to the lake with, and for our night bus to Cusco, which the staff were able to resolve for us)! The room was big, nice and clean. Just a bit cold (to... More
