I visited this hotel as a part of my Peru trip. The personal was always ready to help and answer any question (we've used Google Translator to overcome the language barrier). Having stayed at terra viva in cusco we were pleased to the quality and cleanliness the same. Well situated for exploring Puno. quiet rooms in a good location. We stayed at Puno Terra for 2 nights as it was included in our tour. We were charged 60 USD per night, but found out that you could find the same room on booking.com for 35 USD. Good mid-range hotel arranged as part of our package was just fine. Comfortable bed was quite warm with all the thick blankets - no need for a heater. Welcoming and warm! This hotel was like home in a foreign land. The staff was friendly and helpful in planning excursions to Lake Titikaka. The room was very clean and spacious bathroom. The hotel looked like an 80s good hotel, so it was oldish inside. We went there because it had an amazing backyard which looked quite pretty on photos, but it was being remodeled, so instead of an amazing backyard full of plants we had an unfinished construction. This was a nice little hotel that had a family feel to it. The desk workers were so friendly and helpful. Tea upon arrival was nice. Our room was large and very clean. This hotel is located near to the main square in a quite street in Puno. The rooms are not big but they are clean with a heating and hot water for taking a shower. The breakfast is good enough, the price per night is really cheap considering what you get for It.
