Stayed here for one night before taking the bus to La Paz. The room set up was good. The Wi-Fi connection was the worst I've seen during my trip through Peru and was not working throughout the hotel. The water pressure is very low, and it took ages to get the hot water after wasting a considerable amount of cold... More

Hotels looks nice and modern, and the rooms were big and clean. However, we had several issues here. There seemed to be something broken in every room, and in 1 of the rooms there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was good but messy, staff didn't regularly clean tables and set them again,so everyday we had to ask... More

We were really happy with our stay here. The staff are all very friendly! Rooms are clean, and well equipped. It was cold when we were there, but there were ample blankets and there was a backup heater. Breakfast was also fresh and ample. The hotel itself is out of the normal tourist zone by about 3 blocks. We liked... More

Very kind and helpful staff - helped us book buses and tours. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Depending on your age/physical shape, the stairs may pose an issue. We were on the 4th floor and no elevator (common for Peru.)

The rooms were lovely and the people who worked there were very nice, however we agreed a price when we got there of 50 sol per person per night and when we went to pay they said that it was us dollars not sol, so we got a bit swindled.

We stayed at the Mosoq Inn during the Candelaria festival for a week. The rooms meet your basic needs (warm blankets, warm water most of the time) and don't break the bank. The strongest parts of the visit was the breakfast buffet (included) and the customer service. We were travelling with two babies and had a few requests to make... More

We stayed at the Mosoq Inn after arriving a few days later than planned due to blockade issues getting there from La Paz. We ended up booking a transfer through the hotel from Juliaca airport to the hotel as we had read various reviews talking about the less than pleasant side of Juliaca. The car was there to meet us... We travelled from Cusco to Puno, arriving at 5pm and the Mosoq Inn had arranged to meet us at the bus terminal, for which we were most grateful. Check in was no problem and staff were most helpful and spoke good English. The room was a little on the small side, but the bathroom was a good size - although... More

Handy location a short walk from main square, decent breakfast from 6 AM so you can catch the early train or other transport, amazing stained glass window covering two stories. Initial impression is that it is like an urban business-style hotel with that ubiquitous tweed carpet that immediately looks warn. Once you are in your room you'll find comfortable beds,... More
