We travelled from Cusco to Puno, arriving at 5pm and the Mosoq Inn had arranged to meet us at the bus terminal, for which we were most grateful. Check in was no problem and staff were most helpful and spoke good English. The room was a little on the small side, but the bathroom was a good size - although... More

Handy location a short walk from main square, decent breakfast from 6 AM so you can catch the early train or other transport, amazing stained glass window covering two stories. Initial impression is that it is like an urban business-style hotel with that ubiquitous tweed carpet that immediately looks warn. Once you are in your room you'll find comfortable beds,... More

Mosoq Inn was a delightful hostel in Puno. Rooms were very clean, the staff helpful. A nice touch was the hot water for a refreshing cup of tea or coca tea in the reception area. Located four blocks from the central plaza with many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was generous buffet, with a wide selection of cereals, juices, and cooked... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for Lake Titicaca Tour to Uros & Taquile islands. Good location in terms of Lima road and main plaza for loads of good bars and restaurants. We were not told they lock up and switch lights off after 12am so be warned you will struggle to find after a few beers. You have to... More

This hotel was very reasonably priced for the size of the room. We had a very large king bed which was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. They had a taxi meet us at the train station and paid for it. The staff were darling and very helpful. They arranged for our breakfast to be ready an hour earlier... More

We rented two rooms for two nights at the end of August. The Mosoq staff provided us two rooms side-by-side for the six of us (3 adults and 3 children), paid for the two taxis that took us from the bus station to the Mosoq, arranged the Lake Titikaka tour (which was very professional, friendly and reasonably priced), and arranged... We had a triple room and a double room which were of decent size. Hot water was readily available and plumbing was better than most hotels in Peru. Complimentary bottled water provided. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot dishes as well as fresh buns and fruit. Overall one of the best breakfasts in terms of variety of... More

We stayed at Mosoq while in Puno. The design of the hotel might be a bit old fashioned, but we had a great time there. Rooms are very comfortable, with big, spotless bathrooms, hot showers and good wifi connection. The highlight of this place was however their super friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us, even... More

The hotel is close to the main square and the lima street. Many places, restaurants, shops can be reached within a short walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average. Our rooms were clean ( we changed the room during our stay). TV & fast WiFi are available. Our first room was extremely small for two persons,... More

I discovered the "Mosoq Inn" in my travel guide when I searched for a accomodation in Puno. And I can recommend it to every single traveller who wants to visit the Titicaca Lake. The hotel's staff is incredibly friendly; they do not only offer to pick you up from the bus stop they also give you the room earlier (if... More
