Fairly new hotel and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Whatever you do ensure you get a room away from the road, stair and lift well. We did not get great sleep because of all three things. Location is great one block away from main street with every thing you need

Situated in a quiet street around the corner from the main tourist drag of Puno, Intiqa is perfectly located, close to restaurants and cafes, travel agents and ATM’s. Our choice was based on the Trip Advisor reviews here and we weren't disappointed. I guess we lucked out to get one of the larger rooms (room 404) on a corner. Actually... More

We stayed at the Intiqa Hotel for two nights and we loved it. It was clean, nice and quite. They help us with very thing. The only thing i have to say is that they should refile the breakfast items once they are empty. Amee/Krunal

This hotel is not up to western standards so look elsewhere, or stay here and get no sleep as the walls are paper thin and any noise inside or outside the hotel will be clearly heard. Internet access is slow and the rooms are not clean enough, plus the water simply doesn't get hot enough for a decent shower. I... More

I stayed a couple of nights in this hotel while visiting the area. Location is good as long as Puno is quite a spreaded city and you can get easily far from everything. Said this, owners should fix their noise-isolation issue. Rooms are EXTREMELY NOISY. I was in the third floor and I could hear perfectly well people´s conversations is... More

A very well located hotel in Puno, quiet, and being only 1 block from restaurants. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed and safe, TV and column heater, bathroom was clean and spacious. Opening window allowed fresh air. Breakfast was nice, with an egg chef, fresh juices, fruits, cereals, cold cheeses and meats, breads, coffee and tea. Reception staff... More

Our room was on a high floor and had opening windows looking towards Lake Titicaca - great for sun rise photos. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and it's just around the corner from all the restaurants. The safety box did not work in our room, so we had to keep valuables with us during the day. The pillows were... More

The critics here have been good, but I experienced not such a good hotel. I've got a room which should be quite (OK, that was true), but it had only a window to the inside of the hotel. So no possibility to get fresh air. The air in the room was smelling like old water and cold sweat. Not really... More

This is an excellent hotel in Puno, located on a quiet street yet close to city center and all the action. We stayed here 2 nights, the room was clean and comfortable, there was an electric room heater, double blankets, laminate floors, windows that open, a room safe, lots of hot water, and firm bed/mattress that provided a good night's... We're just back from a stay at this hotel and there's absolutely nothing I can fault it on. It's literally off the main tourist street so 2 minute walk to restaurants. The rooms are so comfy and cosy with feathered duvets, flatscreen television, plug-in heater and you just feel like you want to stay in bed all day rather than... More
