Good prices, good location, good shower, good bed, but, very important to me: good people working there and always help you. The breakfast's lady is so friendly and does natural juice for us. You just have to pay for the heating. I recommend it!

This is a very good choice in Puno. It's well located, near the old town and all the very good restaurants. The ladies at the desk are very helpful and can call you a taxi if you need. The room we're clean. The shower was hot. We liked it a lot. The price was good too.

Room was nothing but beds. Beds were uncomfortable. No towel racks. We had a fourth floor room and and not only was it hard to carry bags up the stairs, but there was no place to put our two bags. No clean towels for the second night.

The staff was really nice. They helped us get a lake tour at a good price. The room was clean, they had hot water, and the breakfast was great. The lady that served breakfast was very very sweet. The value was good. I would advise against the airport transfer though. Just pay a taxi.

We spent one night here in August 2012. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the shower. The breakfast (fresh juice, coffee, eggs and bread) was very good.

I stayed one night here in Santa Maria Inn Puno. I was really careful choosing the hostel because it is one of the most important part in travel. Fortunately, my decision was perfect. Good location near main square, supermarket on corner. Staff excellent, very helpful despite little English. Very good breakfast. No heat in room, unfortunately, but lots of plugs and a TV! Staff gave us extra blankets and even brought us hot water bottles when we were cold (no heat in rooms). Excellent shower, lots of hot water.
