The view from the restoran is the best in Puno, when there is sunset. The rooms are not very nice. Toilet is very big. Wifi has very low signal, only at the lobby is strong. Location of the hotel is far from the city of Puno and near the hotel is nothing interesting

Nice hotel with a great view of the lake from almost all rooms. Rooms are very adequate. Dining area very nice with a acceptable breakfast buffet, but not ovewwhelming. One downside is the hotel is quite aways from downtown Puno and requires a taxi ride if you wish to walk around the city or eat in town. Service in the... More

Great views of the lake, the hotel needs upgrading. Rooms comfortable and acceptable. No complaints. My wife and I stayed there as part of a tour. There is an area sit and relax. there is no coffee or tea available in the room.

From any part in this hotel we felt connected to the Titicaca lake, and more our own rooms. The price was very acceptable and the service good enough for not complains. We will return to be around the fire at their restaurant.

The hotel manager (Andrieus T.) was very prompt in taking action to address my needs while travelling in Peru. There was a shortage of hot water thermo bottles at the time of my check-in. I got through to the hotel manager via his staff and made the request of a hot water thermo bottle. The hotel manager was very fast... More

Clean spacious room with fabulous views by day and night over the lake. A bit out of town but cabs are fairly cheap. Dinner was delicious both nights we ate there and Leo was great. However the real bonus came after we had left. Reception realised they had over charged us and rang our tour guide on the bus as... More

Positives: Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Great beds, we had two queen size with blankets for the cooler evenings. Bathroom were great with spacious room. Internet was strong and great speed. All rooms face Lake Titicaca (to the rights) and it is quite beautiful. To the left and center one sees the city of Puno. At night it is... More

The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant, both the breakfast which comes with the room and dinner, which did not, was very good. The hotel even offers guests 10 minutes of free oxygen to assist with the adjustment in altitude. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but far from town. They do have a restaurant and a bar but slow service. I gave this hotel an average because of one of the front desk lady that was rude and not helpful. When we arrived at Puno tired of a long 10 hour trip from Cusco in which we found out that my sisters wallet... More

A very nice hotel on Lake Titicaca. We were able to take a tour of the floating islands from the pier in front of the hotel.
