Stayed here in June. On a tour. Isolated from the city of Puno, especially if you have no transportation. Listed as a 4 star, but would give it 3 stars only. View of Lake Titicaca, but few amenities in room plus smell of sewage outside of hotel.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was a nice size and had a beautiful view of Lake Titicaca with mountains in the background. I'll share a few pictures of this. Unfortunately, if you want to venture to town, you need to take transportation as the hotel is not near anything of interest other than the mountains and the... More

Great sunset views right out the window. Several rooms have direct access to a shared balcony overlooking the lake. Peaceful watching the evening approach and the boats return to Puno across the bay. The hotel is literally built into the cliff. As far as I could tell, all rooms faced this same lake view. Staff was very attentive. Restaurant has... More

Beautiful location and excellent hotel, even though it was nowhere near walking distance to anywhere if you wanted to wander around town. Had a good Peruvian massage in room, kindly arranged by the staff even though the hotel did not have an in-house spa. Very good hotel.

I came here prepared to not have a great experience. The pictures of the hotel and rooms look horrible. Arrived here and it was totally opposite. Such a beautiful place and friendly staff. The room wasn't all that glamorous but we had a beautiful view of the lake. One thing I loved about the bathroom was there there is a... More

The view of Titicaca was great if you ignore the radio tower. That was the best part of the stay in this hotel. 15 minutes from anything and no atmosphere. No gardens or place to sit out and the lounge as cold as outside without the benefit of fresh air. In the restaurant it took 40 minutes to get a... More

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour group. Although it has wonderful views of the Lake, it has no local atmosphere and could be located anywhere in the USA. Contrary to other reviews, my room was excellent with no maintenance issues, and very comfortable. Restaurant dinners were very good, but as others have pointed out you are... More

Like others, this was the least favorite hotel; it needs some renovation, but our room was clean and comfortable. It was the only hotel with a 110v plug outside the bath. The view of Lake Titicaca was amazing, but no AC in room and due to road noise from the highway kept us from leaving the balcony door open to... More

This was the weakest link during our trip to Peru which we stayed in 5 different hotels in Peru. The hotel was old and the furniture and stuff are outdated. Needed a renovation badly. Thought this is a 4-star hotel, the public areas were not heated enough. We felt cold in the restaurant. Hotel is located a bit far from... More

This hotel is very dated, and needs lots of upgrades. Beds are hard and pillows uncomfortable. Toilets barely flush and the room is just outdated. It has a great view of the lake and outstanding hotel staff! Restaurant was great!
