My 11 year old son and I selected the Winmeier Hotel for our vacation to the Chiclayo area and we were both very happy with our choice. Every single person we met on the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The two restaurants on site serve excellent food, and we could even sit and eat out by the pool, which... More

I recommend it for location, service, casino & bar. A little bit noisy rooms located to main street. I recommend you choice rooms indoor not outdoor. Near Chiclayo downtown only three blocks. Near to airport. This hotel is good for business purposes

I spent a couple of nights in this hotel because of its price and I realized that I made the right choice. Chiclayo as a city is very small and has lots of hotels but this is modern, the attention is cool and the services are in a great shape. Also has tour services at good price and laundry, pool... We planned to stay in chiclayo on the way to north Peru. We have choose this hotel from internet booking and price for triple room was really different from the one that was given during the check in and the staff didn't give any logical explanation even we have shown them the info in internet website .(245 soles for triple... Situated in the very busy centre of Ciclayo, a few blocks from the main square, this modern- looking hotel presented a few peculiarities: Upon my arrival at 6 PM, room was not ready until 7:30 PM, for which I got a free (modest) meal as compensation. Shower did not have any warm water to speak of until second day. When... More

Construction in the back, Construction in the front, construction in the Casino... might as well just close. Noise levels are some of the highest I have experienced anywhere. Pool bar is rented out for events all the time and most of the rooms either overlook the pool or the main street home of the honking symphonic orchestra..... And if that... More

Used a Groupon coupon to stay here. Two parties poolside on a Thursday night, quite loud. Rooms are nice, but the noise from the parties went til 3 am. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice enough to move me to another room at midnight, but that was a pain and it was still loud, even on the 5th floor.

This hotel is located well and has an old world look with many local artifacts as it's decor. But if you are looking for restful nights and maybe to sleep in on a peaceful morning FORGET ABOUT IT. The pool area is rented out to every kind of party there is and they book them till 3 in the morning... More

We stayed here just for one day. We arrived by bus and the location is perfect because it is near to the bus station, the main plaza and also the shopping malls. Since the moment we arrived, the staff was nice with us. Also they helped us to find a taxi driver and they did... And what a taxi driver!!... More

On first glance, the Hotel Garza seems to be a very nice hotel, but it doesn't take very long for the inadequate security precautions to make themsevles evident. First of all, most Peruvian hotels in which I've stayed have only one main entrance, which requires everyone to pass by the front desk and main lobby. This is not the case... More
