Everything was broken... THE GOOD, BAD & UGLY : 1. THE BOAT RIDE : Think you'll be gambling your life in a small boat with a mini-motor with a careless Kunas Captain at full motor towards the big waves, your rear suffering all the way, the ride is bumpy and you get all wet; we barely survive. My girlfriend and... More

I spent a week in the San Blas and stayed on 3 different islands. What I liked about Ina's was that the island was slightly bigger and had more character. There are kuna families living on this island so we saw how they lived. I found this island the most social compared to franklins and Chichime. If you are a... More

No possibility to buy anything useful except beer. A lot of garbage which no one cleans up. No activities. Long waiting time to get accommodation. Much better on Isla Franklin. When we got there the place was overbooked.

After staying at Ina's I am having a hard time understanding which this place has so many good reviews. This place is a disaster. The huts do not close or lock. We can actually see through the bamboo so forget privacy. The cabin we stayed in smelled so strong of mould it was hard to breathe. On top of that,... More

The bottom line is that it's an amazing island and can't recommend enough that it's worth going. CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Ina's accommodations are not anything fancy - so if you're expecting some kind of commercial hotel, you're in the wrong place - but for what it is, it's great. Meaning you sleep in huts that have a bed w/sheets and... More

An amazing places. Simple bamboo hut cabins with sand floors. Very easy going, helpful Spanish speaking staff. Great day trips to two different islands. If you want to snorkel the shipwreck you need a minimum of eight people and it will be $10 each. Just beware of the strong current over the boat so stay close to the end nearest... More

We stayed two nights at Ina Cabins in a private room in September. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had the cabin closets to the beach which was basic (sand floor, bed, table, mosquito net) but adequate. On the first day we were taken to Pelican Island in the afternoon (free of charge) for snorkelling and swimming which was good.... More

If you can find a complaint about Inas that even remotely outweighs the good then you shouldn't be traveling!! Just WOW. I've been to a lot of beaches and islands and Inas (and all of San Blas) is simply the best! If you expect modern facilities and hot showers then this isn't for you… The hut floors are sand (so... No thrills ....this is a tropical paradise. Full of coconuts and plenty of fun in the sun. Nice coral reef just a swim away. Meals are included and there is also a free boat trip in the afternoon to see starfish or the local Kuna village. Everyone was so nice. If you require hot water and air conditioning, this is... We have just arrived back from 5 nights/6 days at Ina's Cabinas and had the most fantastic time! The cabins are basic but absolutely fine for what you need. They are on the beach and have a double bed with pillows sheets and a mosquito net. All bedding is clean and there are barely any insects in the cabins. The... More
