Be aware! If they tell all the excursions and non alcoholic (like Coca cola) are included - they are not! Price is random we payed 3$ per beer 2.50$ per Coke another girl 2.50$ for both. For almost every island they brought us they charged us between 2 and 6$. Also check the weather or talk to other guestes what... More

I've been raving about this trip since returning a week ago, so thought I'd share the love. It's funny reading different reviews, as some people seem to have gone with mad expectations. This is a tiny island - 12 huts - and they're basic...like really basic - think walls made of sticks with gaps in between. But you're not there... More

We didn't want to stay in the backpack islands so this one seemed to stand out (mainly due to its price). As a couple you pay 2x single price so no real advantage and the stay/food is very basic. But that's why where we got there for. Only 1 other guest on the island so for $180/night we basically had... More

This is one of the hundreads islands in San Blas. The hosts are very disorganized and never talk clearly, the food is not enough and terrible (make sure you bring your own stuff and it is going to be perfect). This is not a place for those who needs confort or luxury, but it is a must go. Shared "toilets",... More

Kuanidup is a once in a lifetime adventure. We'd read a bunch of reviews and decided it was an adventure worth taking. My sister-in-law and I spent 2 days/nights as part of my 40th birthday celebration. It is a major adventure in every aspect from getting there/back to sleeping huts and dining. We had a blast! Kuanidup is not for... More

The island was amazing. You walked around it in 2-3 minutes. I often travelled in very basic accomodation and it's a part of the experience. (the cabana's floor is sand and you "shower" with a bucket of rain water. The food was not great. Cold rice, a little salad and something "so called" seafood. Obviously not fresh. There was fresh... It doesn't get much closer to paradise. San Blas Islands are a group of Virgin Islands just 2 hours away from Panama. The Kuna Yalas are kind people who make you feel at home. No cel signal, limited night light and the natural setting make up for an ideal relaxing vacation. Jose seeking to really get away from everyday stress... More

This is rustic but it's everything you need. If you like to relax on islands without all the distractions of technology then this is where you go. This recharges and refreshes even the most worn down of people. If you are picky about food and lodging go to a higher end place and island but this was perfect for my... More
