We stayed in the Suites, which I would recommend that you upgrade to when you book your reservation. It is a bit of a walk to the main foyer and the restaurants and the pool, but well worth it. Rooms are lovely, large king size beds, sitting area and kitchen area, full size fridge. They have a market on site... More

We stayed at the resort May 22 to 29th. At first appearance when you are use to higher end resorts..is omg. But after walking through the resort, it is quite nice. Well manicured and friendly staff. The rooms in the older section are dated but still very nice and comfortable and clean. The big pool on the newer section was... More

We were there first week of May...we were the only Canadians on our flight that went there. Mostly everyone went to The Riu or the Decameron. We picked this one for the waterslides for our 5 year old and more shade for our baby. So the clientele was many Columbians, speaking Spanish. Personally, I was more than happy to chill... More

This property was great when they first opened, but, now, not worth staying at. The rooms/suites, needs upgrades, to the interior of rooms, banos, and air. The room we stayed in, had 1inch opening, across the bottom of door, and half in. top of door, heat just floods thru, and the air could not keep up. Location of room was... More

The room was nasty. The sofa and rug were stained. The rest of the room was questionable. Food was just OK. Not worth the money - spend a little more and stay somewhere else. Included drinks closes at 10. A very long way to walk for food. Pool closes early.

I was very nervous after reading reviews, that the amazing deal I received on selloffvacations.com (2 adults, 3 kids for $4600 CAN) was going to be a nightmare. We were beyond pleasantly surprised!! The airport was only 10 minutes away. Check in took 5 min and we were upgraded to a suite in the tower; a 5-10 min walk to... More

My husband and I enjoyed are first time at an all inclusive hotel in Panama. Although prior to booking, I noted the mixed reviews of the hotel, we were not sure how the stay would turn out for us. We were happy with our visit. The food was good, the staff friendly & courteous and helpful. Although we noted plenty... More
