Aweful service, RUde staff and the rooms don't come with necesity items. Bring your own shampoo, iron, soap and blowdryer. Very expensive compare to other hotels in the area. more

Very affordable clean hotel rooms and amenities. We liked that we could walk around at night and see some of the city and there were cinemas and stores and a casino close so we never needed to drive. The staff were very friendly! more

We stayed at the Gran Hotel Nacional while touring the provinces of Panama. The front desk people spoke primarily Spanish, of course, but there was always someone available with whom we could converse in English on duty in the hotel.
