We (couple 41 & 50) stayed at Hotel Bali Panama for two nights in March 2014. We paid $40 a night for a room with a bathroom, 24-hour air-conditioning and cable TV. Our room had three single beds and the two we slept on were average comfortable. The hotel is old but clean. Our room was large but the bathroom... More

This unique hotel is in the centre of downtown, very convenient. The staff did there best to help me out. They didn't speak much English. The owners spoke quite well though. Maybe it was a bit run-down, but you almost didn't mind, it's charm made up for it. And you could t beat the price.

very polite service, employees are motivated and helpful. perfect located in the heart of the town. therefore, rooms next to the road are loud. if you need to wake up at 5 am its perfect. otherwise, ask for a different room. shower with warm water! :-) old but clean. good service compensate the lack of day light in some rooms.... There are very few options for lodging in downtown Chitre. Most hotels seem to be on the outskirts. Bali was nothing special but reasonable for the price and from the looks of it the best choice in town. I could not get hot water, but Chitre is hot you do not need it anyway. The ac was beat up but... More

This hotel is located in central Chitre and has on site parking. The owner Carlos is usually around and is friendly and helpfull. There is a nice open air reception on the first floor where you can have something to eat or a beer and watch the world go by. Rooms have TV and bathroom and maybe are a little... More

The hotel is in a great location in front of the church, which meant we were right by the Carnival festivities but far enough that it wasn't noisy. The room was spacious, beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is run by a lovely family (English speaking) and the staff is also very pleasant. We... More

Unless Chitre is very small town, Hotel Bali has perfect location just in center of the town. It is clean, very comfortable and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is very nice terrace, with main street view. Unfortunately their restaurant did not work during our stay, so we did not get opportunity to try real Indonesian food.

The hotel is older, but clean and very friendly and it is good value for your money . Carlos and Eda speak English very well and were incredibly helpful, and fun! They included us in some of their outings, and we got a true sense of the area - beautiful people, beautiful country! This is not an upscale hotel, but... More

The hotel is clean, centrally located and the front desk staff is very helpful. The hotel is aging and could use a little work, however it is a good budget priced place to stay. It was fine for the price and the beautiful church is in sight. We enjoyed the Indonesian food

On the night of Tuesday April 3, 2012 my wife & I stayed at the Bali Hotel in Chitre Panama which is located out in the Azuero Peninsula. Some of the small towns in this area of Panama were founded way back in the1500's by the Spanish Conquistadores. Just north of Chitre is a tiny town of Parita which was... More
