The Kalima Suites are probably a bit more expensive than other places in Boquete (we paid $60/night), but staying with our 1 year old son it was fantastic to have the living area, kitchen (with an oven, stove, coffee pot, plates and pots etc), a lovely garden, a playground next door, and wifi. You do have to go and ask... More

We arrived in Boquete with no reservations and just some suggestions from travelers we met along the way. Kalima Suites was perfect for us. Right in the heart of town, walking distance to anything. Living/kitchen area with refrigerator, coffee pot, utensils, bathroom, bedroom with porch overlooking a lovely garden. You can hear the river rushing as you fall asleep. Best... More

I have stayed at this place 3 or 4 times, for 3 day's at a time. Price was $49.50 when I asked October 26,2010. It was nice because I had lots of room, although the hot water rarely worked, internet was nice, but too expensive for what you get. I used to pay $30 a night.

We stayed at kalima suites after requesting Bouquete Paradise, which was closed for refurbishment. Location wise, kalima is great. The room has a queen size bed and a single, and a separate living area with cooking facilities, which was handy for breakfasts on the early morning starts. The bathroom is average, sometimes the shower was great, other times it went... More

We got to Boquete without a hotel reservation and after being turned away by a couple of the top places on our list because of no vacancy, and then turning down others for a variety of reasons, we ended up here. The room was fairly mid-range in price, compared to the other places we saw. The rooms were quite big... More

My husband and I shared an apartment with another couple for 2 nights - it was perfect for our needs. The living room was spacious and well-lit with a view of the mountains, and the kitchenette made it comfortable to prepare breakfast and snacks especially for pre-dawn departures before hiking. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town within... More

My husband and I were visiting panama during Christmas and booked Kalima Suites for 2 nights. When we got there we were told there wasn't a room ready for us since the maid was sick and since there was no deposit down they were not sure we will arrive. (When we made reservations by the phone we were not asked... More

This hotel is located very near the discos by the bridge, on week ends you will have a problem sleeping. Couch was so hard that I had to put cardboard under the cushion to keep it from sagging into the metal support rods. I expected a sunlight panel in the living area as a friend had one in another unit... More

Our reservation at Isla Verde was "lost", so were able to get the last room at the Kalima Suites. Our suite had one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. There was a small kitchen and a living room with a very hard couch and chair. It was a lot of space for just $40 a night. The... More
