Two nights in this excellent Guesthouse. Food and rooms were first class; and we were made to feel extremely welcome by our superb hostess. Will definitely re-visit when back iin Namibia.

Located just north of town, this quaint place was closely located near the water. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Nadine at reception was very friendly and helpful. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch.

The owner Jean is great, helping us get reservations at some lovely restaurants (The Wreck and The Jetty) as well as brilliant trips sandboarding and kayaking with seals. The breakfast and lunch packs were delicious and the rooms very comfortable. Couldn't recommend it more highly!!

Our room was clean and spacious, with a coffee/tea station and homemade cookies located just outside our door, shared between two rooms. Breakfasts were good, and there is a nice shared living area with a fireplace, plenty of books and an honesty bar....

I am sure we were not the most desirable guests as we last minute cancelled our first night to visit the namib desert, arriving one day later without notifying at what time. Nevertheless we were warmly welcomed. We asked for a baby cot which was there but it was somewhat small even though our daughter woud have fitted in it....

Swakopmund was a brilliant place which we wished we had spent more time in. We pre booked one night here prior to our self drive safari and Richard kindly offered to take us to Crossroads car hire in the town after breakfast. Wonderful room, superb breakfast, quality bed linen, safe & secure, and above all a warm welcome by the...
