We stayed one night at Swakopmund Guesthouse, which is nicely located on walking distance from the seaside as well as Swakopmund down town. It was very chilly that day, as is quite often the case, which might have had some influence on our experience: we found the rooms motel style and cool, although neat. All rooms are around a patio... We had 2 nights here at the start and end of our Namibia trip, and found it the perfect B&B. Rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern and the breakfast was perfect, with a fabulous continental selection as well as eggs and bacon. The staff and the owner were very helpful with directions, dinner recommendations etc and we... More

Its a B & B , my room was large clean & comfortable for two nights, good position for town & quad biking on the dunes. Large walk-in shower, fridge & tea & coffee facilities. Breakfast fine, it is as I said a clean B & B our group was so busy hardly spent anytime there except to sleep.

We were booked to stay here two nights during our driving holiday in Namibia but we felt compelled to leave after one night, and found something much more luxurious and cheaper (see my other review). Rooms at the Swakopmund Guesthouse are best described as "motel-style" with patio doors that open right onto the property's grounds, which are unfenced and open... More

We stayed in this guesthouse as our first stop in Namibia. The guesthouse is clean, quiet and comfortable with a very nice breakfast served in the dining/lobby area. Parking is plentiful and it's just far enough from the downtown to be hassle free but close enough to walk to most decent restaurants.

We stayed for only one night, as planned, but it was really comfortable as well as smart. I am somewhat disabled and we were moved to a more convenient room. We were recommended several nearby restaurants, and found a great place. Swakopmund is like going back in time, but enjoyably so. The guesthouse is decorated with shells and seaside references,... After two weeks at altitude and all in the Namibian desert dry air, this night was bliss! Quiet, naturally humidified and comfortable the room took care of my sleep debt perfectly. So comfortable in fact that my 15 hour sleep meant missing out on the excellent fare at the well recommended Tug restaurant. Waking and hungry, breakfast was perfect. Lots of... More

We stayed here for x2 nights in Sept 14, when we arrived we were given a warm welcome, with some excellent restaurant recommendations, our room was bright and clean with a suitable layout. Breakfast was beautiful, plenty of options and once again all the staff were superb. A few comments/ constructive feedback: Our room although perfectly clean and spacious was... More

We stayed at this Guesthouse for 3 nights and it is highly recommended! Spacious rooms with good bedding and peaceful colourful painted wall décor. Well appointed with fridge and hairdryers in the room. The breakfasts were very good and the staff most helpful in every way. This guesthouse is also well situated and within walking distance of the town centre... More

We stayed here in June 14 for two nights on our trip through Namibia and found it to be very clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. A good location - walking distance to town. The breakfast was good with enough variety for our needs.
