Dar Mimosas is a great resort on great grounds, but somehow manages to disappoint anyway. We spent a week over Easter at Dar Mimosas. It is difficult to write a review of this place as it is not really a hotel, more an upmarket B&B, which I think the owner imagines is an exclusive boutque hotel.
