I had been traveling with a friend all over Morocco for a couple of weeks and was looking for a place to stay for a few days to chill. We decided to drive the 3 hours west from Marrakech to Essaouira to see if that fit the bill...and boy, did it. I had lived in Morocco for a bit over... More

Stayed here for two nights in October 2014. Hotel is across a street from the beach and close to the Essaouria medina. Restaurant nice, breakfast was good, rooms were very large and clean. Front desk was helpful checking in and arranging for laundry. On an almost 3 week tour of Morocco, this was our nicest hotel.

Stayed at the Miramar during a trip round Morocco and this was a pleasure after all the travelling. Good location just over the road from the beach and they have their own private little space though it wasn't needed when we went as the beach was pretty empty. Asked if we could take coffee to our room but they brought... More

We stayed following a busy transit van tour out to the Sahara , with 3 free days, so excellent for this, close to medina, fish markets and port. Small dog barking was an issue for us at times too-more like a squeal , very small dog.. pool was excellent, had evening meal there in restaurant, nice menu. Good helpful staff.

This hotel cant be situated better! On the boulevard, next to the beach and close to the Medina!! But you would wish that the personnel would understand that a customer wants to be treated and served better. People behind the desk were lazy and not capable of managing a bigg(er) hotel. Also: a dog was non-stop barking next to the... More

Very comfortable stay. Located close to the beach as well as the fort. Extremely hospitable staff. Has an amazing terrace in the top floor overlooking the beach. Great place to chill out after a day out. Very child friendly. My children loved interacting with the staff especially the concierge.

Stayed for three nights this week. Location is great as right across the road from the beach and five mins or so to the centre. Rooms are ok. A bit dated but were clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast in Morocco is nothing like what us irish/uk would be used to so we didn't really enjoy that. Hot food... More

As part of a student group we stayed here for one night. The hotel itself has an attractive exterior and is located on the beach front, about a 10 minutes walking distance from the medina. Upon arrival we we're helped with out luggage and allocated rooms. The lifts where as in most Moroccan hotels a little slow and dated. Our... More

Looked up this hotel with TripAdvisor and confirmed through the hotel's booking website that there was a room available for my short stay. Went to the front desk and was told a room was available at a significantly higher rate than on their own website. I showed them their online tariff website price. The desk staff went away and chatted... More

Such a relief after two weeks on the road to get here. Perfect location opposite the beach and sea breezes, views of the ocean, peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious, very clean and cosy. Noticed a lack of heating, but I suppose with the mild climate , it really wasn't required even in January. The breakfast buffet is encyclopaedic,... More
