Excellent riad in a great location near the old town. Lovely rooms, pretty gardens on the roof with sun loungers. Best breakfast in Morocco!! Would highly recommend this Riad the staff were so helpful and friendly.

This riad was a beautiful oasis in the medina in El Jadida. We stayed just one night during our trip along the coast. We had a warm welcome and were given mint tea on the roof terrace. Our room, the savane suite, was amazing! The decor was very African with 2 comfortable beds, couch and TV. The bathroom was large... More

Riad Soleil d'Orient was booked through Around Morocco Tours for a one night stay at the beginning of our 21 days cultural road trip. Rooms were spacious and impeccably decorated, Each room had a different theme, our room was the African theme. Dinner with formal table settings was superb and breakfast was plentiful with Moroccan pastries. Hotel is just outside... More

We stayed at this riad for 2 nights October 2014, loved the hotel, staff and owners. It's an oasis of tranquility in a bustling local moroccan town. Nestled in the medina of El Jadida within short walking distance of the Portuguese city, it has a lovely roof terrace where you can enjoy and bottle of wine and the sunset. The... More

Although a touch more expensive than other places the imaginative surroundings, great furnishings and spaciousness (despite its relatively small size) make this a place worth staying at. The entire establishment is decorated and furnished in impeccable style. There is a lovely roof terrace, with loungers. The breakfast was equally creative and served in/on unusual crockery. A very nice place for... More

The Riad was great and they are all very friendly. The breakfast in the morning is immense so that you will get full. We had the room in the third floor next to the laundry, so you hear the washing machine all the time. All rooms have their windows to the yard, which could be annoying when somebody passing your... Lovely room with trendy decor, luxe toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. The staff were super helpful, from the ladies in the kitchen, the owner Olivier (who came and met me when i was lost in town) to the young porter who helped park my car and walked me to the medina. The breakfast was yummy and abundant. I wholeheartedly recommend!

My husband and I loved this beautiful riad! You don't really know what to expect as you are opening its door but once in, Dominic's warmth and generosity makes you feel at home. We had a memorable home made Moroccan dinner and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The riad is cozy, very traditional and we were impressed by the customer service... More

Staying at this riad was a superb experience. As soon as we entered its doors, we were transported to a small paradise. Beautiful building, our room was tastefully decorated with all the possible comforts, a large bathroom...a real haven. We decided to eat one dinner at the riad's restaurant; we ended up eating there both nights. Delicious, great service, we... More

We made a last minute visit to El Jadida at the end of our 2 weeks in Morocco and were overwhelmed at the beauty that met us when the door of the riad was opened. The pristine garden, the brilliant red room and the expansive view on the roof with incredible seating areas comprised the perfect setting. The attentive staff... More
