This is a very expensive hotel but poor value for money. We arrived late evening from safari in South Africa, for a few nights stay but the room had not been prepared properly. The beds were not what we'd ordered and it took them 2 hours to fix it. The breakfasts were plentiful and too much to eat! The price... more

Stayed here when it first opened and had very good memories of this hotel. I am pleased to say the return visit surpassed expectation. We stayed in two fantastic interconnecting suites near great free watersports, the kids club, tennis courts and restaurant. We have a baby too and the cost of a nanny was very reasonable and could be arranged... more

I first stayed in Beau Rivage Sept 06..travelled with my daughter and her father,we went for 2weeks and the place, hotel and staff are really out of this world..We got invited to the maharajah suite for an evening of cocktails and champagne, where we got to meet the managers and lovely staff. This was lovely and thoughtful and was just one example... more

Beauv Rivage – A dream come true! Beau Rivage, does not just sound fabulous it is fabulous! From the waiters who wait on you hand and foot, to the beautiful rooms and the beautiful beach. We stayed in beau rivage for our honeymoon in july and it was an excellent experience. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel with a quick service on check in and a refreshing drink. Food was of great variety including italian dishes, chinese, indian, roast dinner. If you wanted vegetarian option they will cook it straight away in front of... more

We visited Beau Rivage in February with our 2 young children. The hotel was probably only half full but this did not affect the lovely atmosphere- there are so many staff willing to attend to you at all times - even when we came out of our rooms at any time of day, a passing staff member would stop and... more

We spent a week at the Beau Rivage and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very well run and despite reading some mixed reviews we found the service to be fantastic with almost all staff going out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, especially in the restaurants and by the beach. The hotel oozes class and luxury... more

Amazing hotel. Never seen so friendly staff. Food is fresh and locally grown. The suit is large with a beautiful beach. Food is almost uk price. All food is halal apart from ham. Almost 12 hours of sun. Spa is one of the highlights. Extremely inviting. Other guests are friendly. The resort is top class. more

The Beau Rivage was utterly brilliant! 2 weeks before our honeymoon, we was told by our travel agent that the hotel we had booked was full and was transferred (and upgraded) to the Beau Rivage. From the minute you step foot on the resort, you can see how excellent it is. The hotel was better than pictured or described. Clean... more

BEACH -Beautiful, sandy & the best we found in Mauritius. HONEYMOON SUITE -Nicely decorated with a hot tube looking out to the gardens, serviced several times a day, but had no view of the sea/beach & there was damp in the wardrobe & bathroom. -Complimentary ironing service (2 items per person), fruit, bottle champagne, canapés, sparkling wine, water & mini... more
