We were there for our honeymoon. Water villas were superb. Sea is crystal clear , don’t forget to bring snorkel and deep camera with you. Staff was really helpful and friendly. It is safe to swim at any time. We were really surprised because of bad reviews because the hotel is really great. Every night there are some actions for... More

Wow - firstly I do not get the negative reviews on here at all. We went here for my honeymoon 16/03/14 for a week and I would go back in a heartbeat. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who had cold towels and a pleasant cold refreshing drink. We were given our room key, we stayed in a... More

Just returned from 2weeks staying on Rinnalhi and having read lots of negative reports before we went, glad to say most were unfounded. The snorkelling was excellent, one of the best we have had, rooms were fine, our room boy was a lovely lad so too were the bar staff very very good. Not so the reception staff could benefit from a customer relations course... Spent two weeks here recently, and did have a great holiday. The speedboat transfer from Malé was well organised and efficient, we were on the boat 5 minutes after clearing customs. Staff were fine overall, one gets a sense that they're a bit bored, as they live on the island too and rarely have a change of scene. We didn't... More

Returned a few days ago from the island. Bit worried after some of the reports but on the whole did not have to worry. Room was basic but kept lovely and clean by our friendly room boy. Meals were as reported a bit repetitive and very curry orientated but we had a great waiter Rashied who looked after us very... More

An excellent relaxing break with breathtaking views all around. Speedboat connection in ten minutes upon arrival in Male. Friendly welcome at resort and this continued with excellent staff in the bar, restaurant and room. Such a peaceful and pleasant experience not to be missed. Bar staff so friendly and informative and couldn't do enough to make the holiday such a... More

We stayed at this hotel in April 2010 for a romantic holiday - approximately a week. ur room type was water bungalow - and it was really a good choice. We could take sun bathes and then jump (or calmly step down in the water, depending on the tide level) just from the "balcony" of your room. It was amasing.... More

Marathon flight from Australia and stopover in Singapore. Had to wait about 3 hours for a speedboat connection. Once on the island the water units were nice but basic. The resort coral has been smashed beyond return. Don't go to fish in the Australian winter months and got the impression that for keen fisherman the local grounds were fished out..... More

Airport transfer: It is USD$135 per round trip per pax via speedboat. My partner & I didn't have to wait to get on the speedboat after arrival at the airport. It was abt 45mins. Room: We could watch the sunset and the horizon from the water villa. Amazing view! There are two kinds of water villa - old and new.... More

But honestly, this is the Maldives . Most resorts are very expensive and charge the earth for drinks etc. even drinking water. This year I decided I was taking a two week trip and also paying for my daughter I needed to shop around for a resort offering a reasonable price. Rannalhi offers that. My package was all inclusive of... More
