Stayed in a Beach Bungalow from the 1st - 10th of May and Booked through Atoll Travel. Found that most of The Australians in the Reseort were there to Surf.

As said on previous posts check in very efficent, cold drinks/towels very little wait before given key to room, we stayed in superior room 313, which was very comfortable, biggest bathroom ever and had a little strip of beach right outside our terrace, and fab view of the sunset.

Foremost , must say . What a wonderful time that my wife and I had at Chaaya Resort Dhonvelli last week . We had chosen the resort to celebrate our 20th Anniversary . Though we are back physically for 3 days already , our minds and hearst are still on the island and in the lagoon- swimming amongst the fishes.....

From the momement we arrived with cold towels and a cold drink we felt very special.

Very clean, modern super clean facility. The new management (John Keells Group) is noticeable. The audience was very mixed from children to pensioners. Mostly British, Italians, Asians and a few German. 7 days at this resort, just came back on Monday 14th May. Everything was excellent from the food, to the bungalows, beach and the atmosphere. loved every minute on this island, one the better islands in the maldives. Arrived at Dhonveli on 16th April for 2 fantastic weeks. Just like all other reviews, food accomodation, staff, brilliant, We had an over water room which was lovely quiet and private.
