Nice hotel and easy to access from the bus station. I just need to walk a bit from the bus station to the hotel, with carrying a huge luggage. The hotel is near to Pasar Besar Kedai Payang and Masjid Putih.

That hotel was the only one that near to Pasar Payang. Staff was very helpful but unfortunately there was no lift. We must use stair to go to our room.. So, please do not bring a large luggage . The staff was very helpful and kind. Just ask they anything and they will give approriate answer to your question. Room... More

No elevator. Ask for rooms on the 1st floor which is actually the third floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. WiFi works and hotel provides the basics in a good location at budget prices. Close to downtown bus terminal and taxi stand also to China Town and riverfront redevelopment area. Great location.

The hotel is normal, service is ok, staff is ok, room is ok (without window), no lift so expect to climb the stairs. A very very basic hotel that provides you a place to sleep and bath. The only excellent thing is the location. opposite bus terminal, walking distance to jetty (to Redang Island), Chinatown (Kampung Cina), Local Big Market... More

Strategically located - middle of the town. Walking distance tochina town, pasar payang, bus terminal & jetty to Redang Island. Right in front of the hotel are a few eateries. If u into fast food Mcdonald + secret recipe is also walking distance. Even the mosque is nearby. The staff are also very pleasant. Con: there is no lift at... More

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the ferry pier and China Town. Check in was fast and friendly. Some things about the room could be improved, but for the price I can't complain, it was good value for money and I would stay here again. I would only say don't stay here if you have mobility issues,... More

Thought this hotel was one of the good one since it has good reviews on the internet but when we check-in the room, It was horrible there's the cigarette odor from the staircase till when we went inside the room. There's no windows or whatsoever for the smell to move away from the room. When I inform the staffs they... More

we stayed twice to have a stop over in between going to islands close by! we couldn't believe how modern and clean the rooms were considering what we paid! the rooms are small but that didn't matter at all as they were so great! the location for us was perfect as so close to central bus stop, markets and the... Stayed here for one night as a stopover to Redang Island. It appeared to be a guesthouse more than a hotel. The room 116 given to the three of us was small, smelly and quite dirty (a long hair was seen on the bed and it's disgusting). It was also extremely noisy as the windows were facing the road. If... Excellent location; in the centre of town, within walking distance to bus terminals, jetty, banks, Pulau Redang operators, fast food outlets, market and eateries. Hotel though basic with tv and attached bathroom is clean and tidy; hot and cold showers with good water pressure. Importantly the staff had been most friendly and helpful in providing all the necessary information which... More
