The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the ferry pier and China Town. Check in was fast and friendly. Some things about the room could be improved, but for the price I can't complain, it was good value for money and I would stay here again. I would only say don't stay here if you have mobility issues,... More

Thought this hotel was one of the good one since it has good reviews on the internet but when we check-in the room, It was horrible there's the cigarette odor from the staircase till when we went inside the room. There's no windows or whatsoever for the smell to move away from the room. When I inform the staffs they... More

we stayed twice to have a stop over in between going to islands close by! we couldn't believe how modern and clean the rooms were considering what we paid! the rooms are small but that didn't matter at all as they were so great! the location for us was perfect as so close to central bus stop, markets and the... Stayed here for one night as a stopover to Redang Island. It appeared to be a guesthouse more than a hotel. The room 116 given to the three of us was small, smelly and quite dirty (a long hair was seen on the bed and it's disgusting). It was also extremely noisy as the windows were facing the road. If... Excellent location; in the centre of town, within walking distance to bus terminals, jetty, banks, Pulau Redang operators, fast food outlets, market and eateries. Hotel though basic with tv and attached bathroom is clean and tidy; hot and cold showers with good water pressure. Importantly the staff had been most friendly and helpful in providing all the necessary information which... More

Booked the hotel at the last minute. Got the last room for the day, which was a deluxe. The room is just as advertised. TV is blurry although it has astro. Bed sheets are worn out a bit. Hot and cold water provided. Wifi is available. Overall a good deal for money.

Located within sight of the Bus station and right next to the Tourism Malaysia office and close to Secret Recipe, KFC and McDonalds. Very basic but a good choice as a place to stay overnight, if you've reached Kuala Terangganu the previous day to catch the Ferry to Redang the next day. No lifts, so be ready to climb up... More

We family of 2 adults and 2 children (13,10) stayed 1 night in this hotel. We booked the city suite for 99rm. The room had 2 double beds and was clean. The hotel is at a busy road with lots of traffic also during the night, so as a relative light sleeper I didn't sleep great. Hotel is in a... More

This hotel is a short walk away (10 mins tops) from the jetty to Redang and also within walking distance to the Chinatown heritage area. Its also has a 7-11 store, mcdonalds, secret recipe and KFC (renovating at press time) nearby. Its also just next to the bus terminal and a rough 15 mins (by car) to Kristal Mosque. Airport is...
