I had a good nights sleep. The only issue i had was noise. I could here my neighbour cough, flush the toilet and so on. A lot of food nearby. Plenty of shopping opportunities. Parking off street and if meter not pain you will get a fine. Staff were very friendly especially Mr. Zaki.

We booked a “Suite” room as we needed two beds. The room #113 was quite basic with two double beds, TV, desk, air-con, kettle and a “wet-room” with shower, w/c and basin. The room was OK but the cleanliness of the bed linen left something to be desired – see photos. There's no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow... More

room aircond do not function well, very hot, when I made reservation though phone call, they promise don't have any extra charges, but when made payment, they charge GST without telling customers, price is higher than Agoda, so for the god sake, book it though agoda website but the reception very nice

We stayed in the "apartment" room, with the shared bathroom. These rooms weren't even located in the hotel itself. At first sight the room looked ok, except for the weird uneven floor. But after a walk in town, we found a big cockroach in our bed! After killing the cockroach, we inspected the bed, and found cockroach droppings under the... More

You have a sign to be hanged on the door to ask for room cleaning,no prob at all. Nice location too in town. All in all, very good option, would go... More

Stayed for a day here on a social visit to Kuala terengganu. Very good location and selected this hotel based on good reviews on Trip Advisor. Liked the location: across the road to the Payang market. Made three trips to the market as there were so many things to buy there. however not too happy with rubbish not cleared along... More

This hotel is not worth your money. It lacks all the extra effort a hotel should give you over an hostel/guesthouse. We were moved to the other part of the hotel in a street 'close-by'. These rooms were not at all the same as on the pictures. The room was quite clean, but the sheets had stains. The room was... More

The room is fine and cleanliness is acceptable. It's affordable. Near to the town it self especially to a well known Pasar Payang. Car parking is quite a problem. However by night time there's an ample car parking spaces around. Day time starting from 8 am you need to remember to put coins in the parking meter, otherwise summons will... More
