The place is huge, very well managed services within the resort. The resort is quiet and on the beach. Staff are pleasant, kind and well trained.. Rooms were spacious and set quite far apart for privacy. We love staying here. We will be back for more Adventure and more fun ..

the room is big. i mean big. we can literally run inside it! the bathroom is spacious. couples would love it exteriorly..its a resort by the river and its hot. considering the lobby is open air concept facing the river, for kids. nothing much you can do. its quite so qood for honeymmoners.

Stayed for 4d3n. Reached KT quite early & m very pleased that resort allow us to check in early. Room are spacious but it almost like a run down by house. Not worth d money we spent. We didnt manage to enjoy the pool because it was too hot n it's an open concept swimming pool. On our 3rd day,... More

We stayed here because most our friends when come for training in Terengganu will stay here. But maybe we were the unlucky ones. Here is my list of bad experiences:- FIRST-The pillows were not covered so there were stains on the pillow. We thought the cover was dirty and only found out those were not covered after the housekeeping. SECOND-The... More

Rooms were spacious and set quite far apart for privacy.. like semi-d apartments, 4 to a block. The compound itself is very big. Buggy services are available (just need to call the front desk. Be prepared to wait a while if it's "peak" period). If you don't mind a walk, I would recommend strolling to the main building once in... More

Dilapidated.. not much activities. Rooms are horrid unless you stay at the Royal Suites. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for business. There's no view, and mozzies all around. Would say it's managed badly. Definitely will not come back.

We liked the hotel because it has a peaceful and quiet surrounding. We almost had the hotel to ourselves and we really liked the fact that we don't have to worry about the breakfast crowd. The hotel also has a great view and it's location is within close proximity to the city and other attractions. However, the management needs to... More

In my point of view, the resort is suitable for family retreat/vacation. The resort is located in an island (connected with a bridge) in Kuala Terengganu City and has a view of the river and the city from the main building. On checking in, we were given welcoming drink and there was also a welcome fruit basket in our room.... More

Where do I start? First impression was already bad. The reception was made of 2 banquet tables with 2 computers and a photocopier. When I arrived at my chalet, immediately I felt the RM440 that I have to pay each night is just simply NOT WORTH IT. Yhe condition of the room was rundown. The hotel is only 7 years... More
