Got into a so-called Superior Room with 1 Queen bed and a single bed. The mattress was sagging, bedsheets were smelly, toilet were leaking. Even the cupboard provided is an accident waiting to happen. The only saving grace is its location: several banks besides and opposite. Main bus terminal within walking distance.

There was an event called Oldskool Mega Gathering (OMG) in Kuala Ibai Lagoon. All low budget accommodations in Kuala Terengganu were fully booked on those particular dates, and this hotel was our very last resort. Since in Agoda the pictures shown were ok, so we just proceed. However, to my surprise...the room was horrible & scary. No cupboard, table or... More

Where do I begin? Dirty, dilapidated room. Windows kept closed by wire-no latches. Paint off walls everywhere, Carpet needs pulling up. Rubbish behind furniture clearly visible. Door safety lock doesn't work. Sheets are tissue thin with holes. Furniture falling apart. Bathroom disgusting-toilet doesn't flush-need to use bucket instead(supplied). No housekeeping. Air conditioner over-flow pipe leaks onto bathroom floor which is constantly... More

I arrived at night in KT and found all the good hotels to be fully booked. So I was desperate for a room. The front office was decent enough and the photos of the rooms which were displayed at the counter looked okay. But I got the shocked of my life when I entered the room. I knew I should... More

Though it is a budget hotel, the room should be at least in a good condition and decent enough for a human being to stay. The room reeks and dust is everywhere. Not very good for those with asthma. The toilet is leaking and not clean. The curtain looks like it was there for a quite some time. Not recommended... More

Yes, but even a budget hotel should be clean and without 6 legged residents. There was nothing inviting about the place at all, curtains hanging without hooks, dirt in the bathroom, uncleaned handbasin, broken furniture .... just horrible!
