Beautiful and comfortable resort on the beach .. Rooms are comfortable with an attractive bathroom and bath tub with Jacuzzi .. interesting .. little-noise environment as closely room and a place to walk close to the room .. no wifi line. not good if there are no facilities on holiday to facilitate the visitors .. good service.

Still relatively clean and nice because it is new, the potential for this place to either soar or sink is all up to the management. They've got the concept right, nice sized chalets, interesting bathroom that opens up to a tiny little space outside for that Balinese outdoor bathroom feel, comfy bed. Needs to improve on: 1. Perfect for road trip travellers. Facilities wise - basic but comfortable enough. Swimming pool lacking maintenance. Overall appearance and layout of resort depicts a traditional Malay-style wooden chalets, but interiors are trendy and comfy. Might get a little boring after one or two nights because of the nature of the area and town itself. Otherwise, will come and stay again.

A visit to Dungan was a nostalgic trip for us as we were last there 40 yrs ago. Very different. The resort provides chalet style accommodation, in a very quite area, with clean and adequate rooms containing a great sunken bath/shower/spa. The resort obviously caters to local tourists and consequently the restauant fare is biassed to local food. A small... More

I love doing road trips around Malaysia with my family n having 2 young kids make hotel hunting all the more troublesome so my expectations for this hotel was a little "meh". We arrived at the height of the monsoon 3 days ago - think super high waves and never ending rain showers and my first thought was "ooohhhh boy... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2013. It's a very nice and well-kept resort, with really pretty and clean bungalows and a little outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and invited all of their guests to a free lunch on the first day of "Hari Raya". Though the resort itself is very nice, we wouldn't... More

Paid RM262.16 for a deluxe room. It is just a small hotel with max room no less than 30, I guess. Hotel is striving their best to provide a good hospitality experience to guest. All room are like malay house, you may call chalet. Room and bathroom is ok, everything in good condition. jacuzzi is small. I think the price... More

Its end of Ramadaan and had family gathering in Dungun. We decided to have some fun at the swimming pool. Within couple of hours, one of the staff told us that there was a complaint that we were noisy. It was not mid-night, it was mid-day. It was about noon. We were also asked to evacuate the pool. We had... More

Nice resort with well-equipped and spacy rooms. However, the outdoor spa is rather overrated as it is too small for long bodies and the folding doors out to “garden” (2 square meters) cannot be opened in most apartments. The pool area is nice but also rather small and without much shadow. The personnel were friendly and helpful, although communication was... More

Friendly staff with clean and spacious room. Hotel staff always have smiles on their face, it make our day brighter. Hotel room is spacious and clean but the toilet door lock is not working, cannot lock the toilet door. The private Jacuzzi in the bathroom is nice but we need to switch it on at outside the bathroom which is... More
