Location is ok, next to a shopping complex with a cinema. Highly recommended is the food court, particularly the train station restaurant...Hanainese chicken rice was delicious! Hotel was undergoing renovations so most of the front entrance was blocked. Rooms are nice and air con very quiet! Great sleeps. Buffet breakfast was ok with good choices of food.

At the time I stay, it's under renovation so it may not the best timing Room is big but old furniture Toilet has no water jet, hot water taking so long to getting hot Wifi complementary but only limit to one device and you need to ask receptions for next 24h code.

I visited this godforsaken place last week. Booked on personal recommendation but what i experienced was totally unanticipated. Here is whats wrong with this place : 1. Bathrooms dont have WaterJet. You have to use toilet paper. Any 2 Star hotel will also have jet facilities, but not this place. 2. Their plugs are ancient. Neither samsung not iphone charges... More

Stay here for 2 nights, room is big enough & clean. The design is a bit old fashion, and u can see that it must be quite grand may be 10 years ago. Try out its fitness centre, small but most machines are still functioning well. Not a bad choice if u want to stay in USJ / near to... More

I spent 3 nights in a Summit Suite.. the room was very big but perhaps showing it's age. The room was clean but perhaps the construction work nearby and the Indonesian bushfires (that created a layer of smoke/ smog around all of KL the whole time we were there) make keeping on top of the dust difficult.. it was certainly... Room - Room is too old and have kind of weird small. Wooden table and chair are dusty and seems like not been clean for quite sometime because when i wiped the table using an antibacteria wet tissue, the tissue turned to dirty color. Location - Location is good if you consider to stay around sunway city or subang jaya.... More

Stayed one night in this hotel. It is understandable that the hotel's adjoining shopping complex is under major renovation. However, it is unacceptable level of cleanliness from car park to the room. The worst is the gym (as shown in the photo). Non of the equipment is usable. The swimming pool is small but doesn't seem to have anyone dares... More

When i started traveling to Malaysia , my most of the stay was to be at summit hotel. They offered us the corporate rates . Hotel used to be nice , But now constructio is undergoing besides and back of the hotel. Rooms are not so clean, some rooms are smelly . In fact the services provided compared to the... More

Spent 3 nights here. Reception staff are friendly. When I checked in the room had some electrical connection problem. I couldn't on the lights and had to call the reception for help. They sent their handyman and repairs were done almost within 10 mins of arrival. Rooms are spacious. However the bedsheets are itchy. And the hotel does not have... More

Rather shabby hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Malaysians, whatever their ethnic origin, are normally happy, smiley people - the staff at this hotel seemed thoroughly fed up and were not overly helpful. Breakfast is not very good - I returned undercooked fried eggs which were replaced by some more undercooked fried eggs. A new shopping centre is under construction... More
