I was a guest at Summit Hotel Subang USJ. The rooms are quite unkept and dingy. Bed was hard with equally uncomfortable pillows. The reception was not cordially and welcoming. Parking is a nightmare. I had the unfortunate experience of parking in one end and emerging at another just to walk a longer distance (10 minutes) carting my luggage to the... More

My hubby and I stayed at this hotel due to nearby distance for his work purpose. We did not book in advance. For the first night, there's no more standard room available so we were given the deluxe room. But we request a standard room for our second night. Thus making us have to move room on our second day.... More

Because of a close-distance work, I had to spend 4 nights here (in 2 different rooms) and my stay was really a disappointment: - Poor room with all old furniture and equipments - Dirty linen/pillows (including lots of hairs in the bed) - Moisture on the walls - Cockroaches in cupboards So, if you still want to stay here, I... Maybe my expectation was too high but as soon as I saw the old building, I was disappointed. Even discounting all the road and building works surrounding it, the building itself looks dishevelled and the mall linked to it has seen better days and more shops in its hey day. If you were to see the entrance on its then... More

Stayed for the weekend during the company annual outing. Check in late and checked out early so didn't get to see much of the place. Room is spacious with very nice setting. One of the few hotels I stayed where I got a good night sleep. Bath water and tap water murky for the first 10 minutes due to renovation... More

Dirty room, awful location, restaurants closed because of private function I had to go to the cafe with a limited menu. Some other review said staff look at you as if you owe them a million dollars.. I couldn't agree more. I had to stay for 10 days, left the second. Cheap shouldn't mean low quality.

I have spent several weeks at the Summit Hotel, where I ended up after not being satisfied with the less expensive alternatives in the area. The rooms are large and fairly well-appointed. Mine had a queen bed and a twin bed, a decent sized desk, a credenza, a couple of padded sitting chairs, a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a... More

Checked into the hotel, staff a little nervous and I had to watch the check in process, they had someone else's details. Room was well appointed and quiet. Overall nice hotel, disappointing when one of the restaurants was closed to the public due to a private function, the other cafe did not have much variety so I had to catch... More
