“Horrible service and facilities. No value for money.”

Lifts were spoilt on the 23rd march 2013 to the 24th of March 2013. Everyone had to wait for one pathetic service elevator which was also faulty. My family and I had to climb the stairs. With two elderly folks, a baby, a pram and big bags the climb up was just riduculous. Till the next morning lifts aren't work.... More
