Flew to KL on 9 Aug for a wedding at the convention centre (Wisma PKPS) which is directly opposite the hotel. We informed the wedding host last month that we need 4 rooms (2 double and 2 twins). Was then given 4 key cards by the bride's father. All were located at 17th floor and it was almost 1pm already.... More

Stayed and the Grand Blue Wave Hotel while visiting for business. The hotel has this sort of eastern, 1970s-meets-2000 vibe to the décor (which is also slightly worn, as if renovated partially, in various phases/decades... loving my 1980s lighting control system in dark brown and gold...). But the rooms are big and clean and staff is helpful. Our rate is... More

Possibly the dirtiest, roughest hotel I have stayed in years. The rooms needed a lot of work, the furnishings were old and worn. The staff on the front desk were helpful and pleasant, but that was all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My sis and I stayed here because we entered Malaysian Women Marathon and we glad we took this room cause the event is just down the road from this hotel. ☺️ I love the interior in the room. A have that classic hotel room. Nice. A bathroom and room are spacious and clean. The cons of this hotel is, there... More

it is a nice place to stay for a business conference as the place is near to the town of shah alam. we stayed in a Premier Executive Room which is big and spacious . couldnt ask for more. their workers are also expert in handling their housekeeping each time. its worth to go.

There are certain things that get a hotel an instant 1 star rating. Grand Blue Wave seems like a nice place to stay, and I thought so on my first night here as the room initially looked decent. But by day five I considered my need to leave dire. They brand themselves as a western "international class" hotel. Day one... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip. Hotel was relatively clean although my colleague did find stains on the sheets and empty bottles behind the sofa in her room. My room was clean. However this hotel is rather isolated and it's a good thing that we had arranged transport for work. There is nothing nearby at all, no... More

Never been to this hotel as it looks old but once you're in the room, you will be amazed. Quite spacious room, efficient lift and clean room with nice view. I get the Ladies Floor room on the 17th floor. Efficient staff when ask for room service but NON friendly staff at the front desk. Not a smooth check in and... More
