Malaysia airlines cancelled my flight and put me up for 12 hours in this wondrous place. Strange choice of hotel for Malaysia airlines to place customers that should be valued customers especially when they are already cranky over a cancelled flight. It's a good 30minute cab to this place when there are hotels much closer. The rational for the choice... More

i not understand what is the problem with this hotel management. What thier thinking when they join in hospitality business. Hotel management must consider to implement business process re-engineering. Start with counter service where most important as a frontliners. there are just so not friendly. Lobby decoration not attracting and just tasteless. Room furniture outdated with nostalgic television set. very... More

I was stuck in Kuala Lumpur after the MH17 tragedy and Malaysian Airlines put me up here for a few hours. I know it was a difficult situation and they were probably limited where they could put 12 stranded passengers in the middle of the night, but this place was disgusting. The room was dirty and covered in stains, the... More

Malaysian airlines put me here after flights were changed and I was forced to spend an overnight in KL. 20 minutes from the airport. The only positive I found about it was the dinner buffet and even then I could have passed. The room lacked any place to charge anything, in fact I had to unplug the tv in order... More

Very tacky hotel ........we had to stay here because we were forcibly put here since Malaysian airlines decided to offload us even after a confirmed booking...the hotel looks very shady.very very dirty and stinky carpets, stained curtains, no hot water....awfully stinky lobby and common areas...very noisy guests...lack of charging points in room for cellphones the waiter knows no difference between... Maybe if you only have to stay a few hours and dont want to get too far from the airport you may consider this hotel, I have to stay here every 6 months a couple of days because my company pays for it, common areas are OK but the rooms themselves have some issues. All the furniture is old and... More

From LCCT, we were approaching residential areas when this hotel popped out our way. Not your fancy-type hotel even not conforming with the surrounding use. The great thing here is – you get to mingle with the locals, try their eateries, their hamburgers in rolling van (Ubens) and various small shops (pets, books, etc.). The hotel is big to offer... Hotel was in good condition and treated well. Hotel staff were very helpful. Reasonable for the money paid. I was there in 2009 April, but trip advisor doesn't allow me to add a date before last year may. Buffet breakfast was wonderful as well. Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained. Trave ltime between the hotel and the airport was... More

We booked the hotel for the formula 1 grand prix, it was the only one in the area with availability as we had left it until the last minute I suppose that says it all really! The reception public areas are ok and the breakfast although not good is edible. There is a rooftop pool with a nice view of... More
