From the beginning this hotel was a let down, the staff didn't double check our booking and were dismissive and obviously wanted us to leave as soon as possible. Our room was small but well furnished, the beds looked clean but our hot water ran out after a minute at 10am, when we mentioned this to the staff they didn't... More

This was my third stay at the YouniQ hotel. This time I paid the additional RM30 for a triple room and the extra size was worth it. For around USD$40-$50 a night this hotel offers excellent value. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Sure, it's not perfect and could do with a refresh sometime in the next few years... More

Our flight was delayed for more than two hours, so I was worried that the pick-up service would leave us. I had scheduled a 12 am pick-up, but we arrived after 1 am instead. But much to my relief, the shuttle waited for us. The hotel was farther from the airport than I expected, so I would advise guests to... More

Couldn't have been better, from collection from airport and back again next morning. The management of this hotel, have thought of everything for the weary traveller, from eceptional rooms, night ceiling light, comfortable bed, large roomy showers, toiletries, tea & coffee facilities, carpeted corridors for keepng late arrival noise down, hot and cold water machine in coridor, night corridor lighting... This hotel is a great budget option for an overnight stay with cheap airport transfers. The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. There was a few English channels on the TV and the AC worked well. Sometimes had some noise outside from other doors opening and shutting but is to expected for a transit hotel. I would recommend... Pros: A rather new hotel, clean room, nice facilities offered, Strong Wifi connection, definitely worth the money you paid. Top pick for transit hotel. Cons: Location quite secluded, Hard to find descent food within walking distance, No / Very Poor mobile signal

We realised this place is just a transit hotel, but it's not very good at all and not worth the grief - even for a nights sleep. I asked at reservation time for non smoking rooms and adjacent rooms to be next to our teenage daughter, we were assured at check in, but they lied. Staff are not pleasant, the... More

We booked this hotel as we had an early pick up the next morning from the Airport. We were surprised to see the quality and cleanliness of the hotel especially for the price we paid. This is a budget hotel but not in quality. The rooms were a little small but still plenty of room for 2 to move around.... More

My wife and I stayed here on an evening stopover in KL. We had an early flight in the morning and took advantage of the handy shuttle service to and from the hotel. The shuttle service was easily found (in front of the Old Town White Coffee on level 2) and the greeter was very friendly. It was however infrequent... More
