We took the hotel because of being close to the airport. The transfer service of the hotel (free) worked really well. The drive only took around 20 minutes. Service is good, and the rooms, although small, are nice, clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the noise. I am not sure is the highway by the side of the... More

I stayed a night in this hotel (again after a night last year). During 1st stay was everything good (pickup / dropoff at the airport - surcharge 5MYR), room clean, bed comfortable. For 2nd stay I have booked pickup in advance. Due to problem with luggage at the airport I called the reception to ask them if the driver can... More

Had a overnight stay there in September last year due to early flight on the next day, the hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly. However the breakfast was not bad but can be improved by putting some more selection such as more choices for the bread, bagel, croissant, french loaf or maybe sausages, scramble egg to be added... Convenient place to stay for a short stopover as it is close to airport and the hotel itself provides airport transfer at only RM5 per person It's really cheap as it costs us about RM30 from airport to the hotel by taxi. The room is clean as well with comfortable bed. And the price is reasonable. Only disadvantage is that... More

Finding myself stuck at KL airport I quickly looked for a local airport hotel to overnight at. Reading the reviews the YounIQ seemed fair value for money. However, my mistake was to book and then ask about the shuttle mentioned many times in the reviews. QUOTE "The shuttle must be booked two days in advance". An airport hotel with a... More

Hotel itself clean, comfortable and good value for a short stopover as close to airport. Efficient and cheap transport to airport for a small fee .however when there on a Sunday night it felt very isolated and nowhere to eat.

We stayed here as a family of five having arrived in to KL late evening with an onward domestic flight the next day. We got a taxi coupon from the desk and had a quick and easy taxi ride of about 10 mins which cost around 50 RMT in a family size taxi. We took the room for 5 which... More

We stayed here for a night's stopover due to our scheduled late arrival from an overseas trip. We arranged for the hotel's pickup service at KLIA (for a minimal fee), and sure enough, the staff was waiting outside the Arrival Hall at the scheduled time. The hotel was only about 15 mins' drive from the airport, and it is located... More

Generally this was a good choice to stay for one night, we stayed between flights from England to Vietnam. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Biggest draw back was that there were only two places to buy food one was quite dirty the other was ok. My biggest issue was that I had booked a quad room then cancelled and... More
