This place already being closed up for quite some time. Now is run an Islamic college. Stay here for 1 week during KLIA opening due to work and is in one of the hill top with rooms. But I know it's become a run down place due to uncapable management.

The hotel seemed to be poorly-maintained. The food served in the buffet is not good and cold. There are no shopping malls in the vicinity, nearest mall is Alamanda shopping mall which is about half an hour to 45 minutes drive away. The only plus point for this hotel is that it is quite close to the airport, but you could get... More

I have read other reviews of this property and agree that it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My husband and I stayed here while trying to get home from Thailand after Bangkok airport was shut down by protesters. We booked and paid for our room online. When we got to KL airport we called the hotel... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It's that simple. So what was wrong with it? Bad service, broken fridge and A/C in the room, dreadful smells, local wildlife visiting us in the middle of the night, the world's smallest menu - two items to choose from and a waiter that took our money and refused to... I booked this place on the net, despite a couple of negative reviews. On arrival, I realised I should have taken notice of those reviews. We arrived around 1pm, only to be told by a man who seemed surprised to see us that the room was "dirty" - fair enough, check-in was 2pm, so we asked to be directed to... More

I booked this hotel for the F1 Grand Prix and ended up bringing the all family as the hotel had a family room available and it was beside the circuit. First impression counts and the receptionist who had very little english over charged my credit card 3 times by mistake, the manager solved the problem ringing his local bank, neededless... More

De Palma Hotel Sepang is a secluded hotel in Sepang, 10km from the North-South Highway. Convenient location if you have business in Sepang, KLIA, Seremban or Putrajaya. But don't stay there if you don't have your own transport – hotel's limo charges are very high. Inexpensive room rate – MYR98 nett per night incl. breakfast. Hotel is built on the... More
