We stayed here for one night and I wish we had just sat up in the airport. The place is noisy, none too clean and there are no reasonable eating options. There is no where to put luggage, nor unpack. We could barely squeeze our luggage upright between the wall and the bed. There are no mattress and pillow protectors... More

Yes, it is horrendously overpriced. No, the staff certainly aren't friendly. But for the convenience of Tune being a ten minute walk away from the airport, I found this place ok. The room was as I expected - small and uninspiring - but the shower was fine, the bed was comfortable, and with the aid of some earplugs I got... More

The rooms in the hotel are tiny, there is no where to put your bag. Our air conditioning system did not work all night, and it was not until the morning that the man showed us a tiny switch on the side of the unit that must be selected to cold for the air conditioner to work. They have the... More

The only reason to stay here is to get an early connecting flight, but you would probably be better off sleeping in the departure lounge of the airport! The rooms are like a dirty hostel, tiny, dark and dingy, with insects crawling up the walls and over the table. We felt itchy all night! There is no service!! Avoid!!

The only reason to stay here is if you have an early or late flight. Otherwise I would definitely recommend staying anywhere further out from the airport. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom as well and it's not the cleanest either.

Literally. Everything with these hotels comes with a price tag. Want air-conditioning? Hand over some ringgit. Need toiletries (including a towel)? Thanks for your money. Need internet for information/reference? Well, you get the picture. Pros: - The only reason I booked this hotel is because of the schedule of my flights on AirAsia. It's a specialty hotel in how it... More

I knew what I was getting myself into booking Tune and at the price I paid, however, this one is is not the greatest and should be avoided. Jump in a cab and head to the other side of the airport or head downtown and get a reasonable hotel at the same price. It is clear as other reviewers have... More

While this hotel only provides basic accommodation, with very small rooms, it is relatively good value. Unfortunately the locks are such that it is necessary to slam the doors into every room in order to close them, so guests are constantly subjected to doors being slammed at all hours of the night, ear plugs are a must!. As other reviewers... More

So with just two - three weeks till KLIA 2 opens it is pretty obvious that maintenance is wrapping up. In fact this was apparent in January too. The hotel is now shabby, disgusting and unmaintained. I was recently reading reviews on the Tune nearby to the hotel I am staying at in Kuching and it seems that like our... More
