After 14 nights in Borneo with very few mosquito bites, my wife and I stayed for one night at this hotel on our way back, and four days later we are still suffering from the multiple bug bites (somewhere around 20 to 30 each!!!!), that we got from that one night. Stay away!!!!!! more

We read about the terrible service, but on the contrary, the service exceeded our expectations for such a basic transit hotel. Okay, room-wise, it's everything you read about - army style dorms and no-frills rooms. They were clean and spacious, but walls were so thin you could hear luggage wheels moving along the corridor all through the night. Then again... more

Very poor value for money. There were mosquitoes and bugs everywhere, dirty carpets, the room had minimum amenities. The room service food was lousy and costly. The only positive was the buffet breakfast which was included in the room. more

The hotel room was basic. Staff were not overly helpful. Airport Transport desk personel was non-chalant. The hotel corridor reveberated with noise all through the night. People came & went at odd hours from & to various flights. Hotel doors when people were leaving if left open for more than specified time will sound an alarm - and this was... more

I was a little worried when I booked this hotel due to the bad reviews...but once I was there, it wasn't bad at all. The rooms were spacious with clean beds...and the bathroom was adequate with a shower, toilet and sink. I did request for a double but we were given a twin instead, and as we were there for... more

We needed somewhere to stay literally for the night, and in that sense we weren't disappointed. If the place had been nice, it would have been a shame to leave so quickly. Breakfast buffet was included, but I think it made my partner ill for the next few days as he ate the cooked breakfast which was cold. I think... more

Overpriced MR300 ++ crap rooms - internet pictures of rooms fanciful. Noisy all night long - generally couldn't care less attitude as everyone stays one night. Happy hour around pool not promoted. Good pool though. more

We arrived at midnight, flown in from the UK, and checked in. We instantly went to our room and went to sleep. The rooms are a very good size, bathroom was nice, and all in good order. We had a good night sleep. After waking up we first went for a swim in the outdoor pool. How nice to be... more

Stayed here for one night on our way home to Perth. Knew it wasn't going to be luxurious, but was pleasantly surprised at the room. We just had the basic standard (superior) room and paid about 200MYR. Room was very clean with comfy bed, good a/c and decent bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Mini bar was well... more
