Conveiniently located next to the 1 Utama shopping mall, a wide variety of food is available in the various mall food courts and restaurants. From the outside, the hotel was new and pretty but the insides had no warmth or soul. The short getaway/ family vacation last weekend (06 – 08 November) was marred with distaste from the service of the hotel. Bitter taste felt by all around. My daughter and I stayed at One World for 4 days and were spoiled by the dedicated staff. Beds were comfortable, view was great and the adjoining shopping centre was huge. Can't wait to return. more
