My room had a view to die for. However the pool was dirty and the hotel was a little tired. More maintenance is required. The rooms were clean and really spacious. They have not too bad room. Quiet at night.

Located at the Damai peninsula, the resort faces the South China sea and has mount Santubong as its backdrop. Within walking distance of Sarawak cultural village. The beach in front of the resort is nice and perfect for kids to run around, build sand castles and fly kites. I also took my kids kayaking and we had a wonderful time.... More

Good resort with lovely views of the sea and a nice beach. Room that we stayed in can do with some maintenance and a good clean. The housekeeper should use some detergent with the mop so that the mop does not leave a stank smell in the room. The room door needs to be replaced. There was no flat screen... More

I agree with other comments about the HUGE pool being a bit unkept, but still nice to swim. Clean grounds. Nice beach. Big clean rooms. Good food at the resort. Walking distance to cultural village and busy sea side resturants /bars. Easy Walk to the restaurants down the road for variety. Good shuttle services from Kuching to Damai.

We used our Interval points for a week. We had an issue with the transfer driver so called on the manager when we arrived who was supportive and very nice. Sadly this resort has had little maintenance done in a long time but we still enjoyed our time here. Friendly staff but deserted during the week. Not all facilities open/working.... More

I'm wondering now after new management take over of this resort, the services & condition of the resort getting worst. I'm not surprise atlot of tourist preferred to stay nearby hotel which is offer better. 1st day when I arrived, the security in font of the hotel is good by greeting us but after that he explained that their have... Very friendly staff who are helpful despite the overall bad management of this once great resort. Lack of maintenance and facilities a big disappointment. The pool is covered in green algae and very inhospitable unlike the clear water in nearby Damai beach hotel. The rooms are barely adequate with run down look about everything. Wifi is lacking apart from the... More

Basically, this is quite a nice beachfront resort and well-equipped as 4* hotel. Beach is awesome especially when sunset. Pool is not bad also but the resort have to take care and maintain it as the pool water is not really clean. Overall, able to meet my satisfaction.

pro View and beach was good. Pool is not bad also. Cons Only have handhold shower but the holder is not adjustable, you need to used one hand to hold the shower head to take a shower. (room 12110 - may 13, 2015) Water is not filtered - water was dark brown color, my wife complained I didn't flush the... More
