My family n i had a terrible experience in this resort. From musty rooms to bad service. Dirty toilets and lack of amneties. Rude staff and run down surroundings. I highly recommend you to give this hotel a skip

We came here for a family vacation. RM300 for twin bed no breakfast included. 1 room only allocated 1 parking space unless you have good reasons. Security good as there is entrace check for in house guest only. Good resort for quiet time and family time. 1 big swimming pools for adults and the other big swimming pools for kids.... More

I want to base this review on the expectations the hotel sets, and whether it meets them, as there are unfortunately quite a few areas in which it falls short. Firstly there currently seems to be no working spa - it was 'closed for maintenance' and I got the impression this was a long-term arrangement. There were also only 2... More

Day 1 - Fly down to Kuching airport . Rent a CAR in advance min RM100/day for a economical and comfort one . I took PROTON SAGA FLX 1.3 as it has bigger luggage space. The petrol consumption is very low. if you take TAXI its will cost you a bomb in long journey if you are going places like... More

My family of 9 went there last June during Gawai, and the staff were polite but the service provided was absolutely horrible! It was our second time there, and we felt that the maintenance has worsened drastically!

The staff is really sweet and the surrounding nature is beautiful. You can walk to Sarawak Cultural Village and go for a hike up the Mount Santubong. I loved the stillness, which makes this an awesome hotel for relaxing by the pool listening to the waves. The children's pool and the infinity pool are located on the different sides of... More

The resort has amazing views, great bar, very close to the cultural village but not maintained. My boyfriend and I went there for two nights and the first thing we noticed was dirty plates left outside some rooms which were there till the next morning. The room we were given was dusty, not swept and had left over cereal crumbs... More

Very bad service. Very bad staff. The manager is really reliable. Very horrible experience staying there. Never coming back there. Anyone who is thinking to go there. DON'T. Waste of money. If I can give this review a 0, I would. Just so horrible.

The good news is the location is lovely, the aircon works and there is hot water. Everything else was bad. From the lack of wifi to the dirty pool, broken fixtures, too many bad things to list. I used to come here around 7 years ago and it was much, much nicer then. I can't recommend this place, as there... More

We stayed 2 nites here, unfortunately. The hotel facility is good for nothing. Dirty mirky green water in the swimming pool. Moss at the side pool walls. I complained this to the front desk, they insisted its cleaned everyday...Broken floor tiles at pool area, be very careful as can get leg injury if you go barefoot. Dread to think of... More
