The location of the hotel is awesome as it is just at the centre of the town so it is within walking distance to the merdeka mall and food stalls. Upon check in, the staff are very friendly and kind enough for us to view the room before we check in (we wanted a non smoking but they only had... More

Don't judge this hotel from the lobby or restaurant because you may think that the hotel is old-designed. Judge it from the comportable and great room and also the great breakfast. Don't worry about the place forr shopping it"s so close.

My third time staying in this hotel! Location: Great in city centre. Next to a famous temple. Easily find food and shops around. Room: Aged. Clean, quite and sufficient. Service: Fast check-in and out Overall: Value for money

We chose this hotel due to location. On the one side, you have the Main Bazaar, Indian Street, Chinatown. On the front you get the waterfront. On the other side, you get access to great food and shopping malls. it cannot get better. Lots of food choices within 2 minutes of walking too. Unlike other reviews, we found wifi to... More

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the cities attractions. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, however, they are tired looking and in need of updating; the lighting is terrible unless you want the soft romantic feel. Wifi is a no-go in the rooms, we had to go to the lobby to use it... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel during August.. The room was ok, the wifi in the room was completely unreliable. The room was clean, the staff helpful. Just a good option in Kuching, nothing special...

Pros: location near to Kuching Waterfront, room is spacious and clean, very good staff Cons: breakfast has not so many choices but the food is good, I don't really like the bathroom design, air conditioning somehow has not satisfy me because it is not cool even the temperature shows at 20°C. Room: Superior Twin, 12th floor

This is a rather average hotel in Kuching. Reception was fine, the rooms clean with a good bathroom. The bar is rather boring and it takes a while to find the staff. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of dining places around and plenty of shops. The waterfront is close by. The hotel may not be up to much but... More

Good location: near the waterfront, there is a temple in front of the hotel, near the oldest streets of Kuching. Room is alright, bathroom could do with some upgrading, for example a new shower curtain. Breakfast is alright, not much catering for western tourists, but that is understandable as there are not many western tourists at the hotel.
