I was staying here during my trip to Kuching with the family and I really don't like the room. First of all, the room is dirty and smells and the toilet is a bit run-down. We couldn't even close the door fully. When we got back home, my kids were diagnose with HMFD due to the uncleanliness but luckily it... More

I would like to start this review with a couple of quotes from the hotels own web site: "As a 5 star business & travel hotel, we offer a plethora of services, all aimed at making your stay the most enjoyable one in the city of Kuching" and "Open the doors to any of our rooms or apartment suites and... At this price range, I could find a better hotel & I did. The hotel is charming & has a grand feel to it. However, it is ageing & not making any effort to catch up with the modern world. There is no wifi. The room was smaller than I expected. The small window opened towards the carpark. Wardrobe has... More

A quaint old fashioned faded colonial style hotel which has seen better days. There is a very grand foyer but the rooms, pool and other facilities need renovating. Despite this it is good place to stay the staff are lovely and very helpful. Late checkout was no problem eventually extending to 6 pm. It is much cheaper than the Hilton... More

This hotel is in the centre of town and has a swimming pool and a gym. Better still - it has large two bedroom apartments for families at a very reasonable price. The hallway is battered and stinks of cigarettes, but the apartment is clean and spacious, with a kitchen, dining table, sitting room, two large bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Located in the middle of Kuching city of Sarawak, the location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance-a mall with Mcdonald and food court, the famous waterfront, Chinatown, the historical museums and mosque, the long streets of souvenir selling shops and India Street. We stayed at the two rooms family suite and it was convenient as there was a kitchenette and... Clean rooms with good wifi connection. Hotel bfast is normal but if you like to explore local sarawak food. The waterfront is just 10min... More
