A good four hour drive from Kuching by car; certainly not 5* no matter what Hilton would like you to think! This hotel could be so much better with some proper attention to detail and staff training. Unfortunately all I read here was true. The staff are unfriendly, as one reviewer said 'they just do their jobs'.
