I was attending local football match between Sarawak and Johor with a group of friends. All the staff was friendly especially mr Sukardi (I think he is the manager/supervisor). He gave us information where to eat, how to go to the stadium. Definitely coming back.

Booked this hotel for 3D/2N stay over the net. Shukardi, the Operations Manager was most helpful to help arranged for a private vehicle at reasonable cost for 2 days for our group to go to all the famous tourist spots and also upgraded our room requirements without an no extra charges.

We were a group of 6 friends who traveled to Kuching for the rainforest music festival. Great rooms - local style with beds on the floor, super friendly staff, early check in and late check outs were no prob, and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable. The staff also helped arrnage for transport whenever required. the location was... More

Arrive in Kuching International Airport @ 0900 and straight to Hotel by taxi. Greeted by Ady, the staff with a smile. Booked family room thru Agoda. Asked whether we can checked in early and by our suprise it is allowed. Got a river view room. Spacious and clean. Really worth our money. Walking distance to many shopping mall and attractions... + Wanted variety and booked into a 2 star De Palma Waterfront for the Sarawak Regatta water festivities on 7 September 2013 instead out Grand Margherita Hotel(GMH) stayed in earlier visit. Touchdown early so tried our luck in early check-in before noon. With a welcoming smile the reception guy accommodated. Double delighted by our request for a better room was... More

We were stay in second floor, facing to the river. The room was big enough for 4 (there are 5 of us in the room) and clean. Nice hotel, even though hardly to find at first. Staffs were friendly, they even draw map to us for direction to places of attraction which is helpful. Parking lots provided for guest. We... More

The first impressions were good, the room was different, why we'll the bed was on the floor so for older people might be hard for them. Some of the pictures were different than the lay out of the place. We're not lucky to get a river view just a building site opposite. However the builders were friendly and the room... More

Nice, friendly staff. Really nice, clean and spacious rooms. There is no alcohol aloud within the hotel premises which struck us as very peculiar since there's a nightclub in the basement (although owned and run by a different company that did not seem to be associated with the hotel). When we complained after our first night, when they had placed... More

The price/quality is very good. Rooms are clean but basic (although the shower is perfect compare to other Borneo hotels I visited). Staff were great. I complained about the loud music from the ground level bar and they transferred us to the upper level room at the side of the building. It must be the structure of the building but... More
