Enjoyed Kuching hotspots. Rooms neat & bathrooms could be cleaner. Continental breakfast just satisfactory. Not many taxis pass through but the reception is ever willing to help. Location is not within walking distance from souvenir shops.

my room is big and the weird thing is i have 2 toilets??..one with bath tub and one with shower. i got a mini living room. it is comfortable, value for money, but the location is quite far from the city. The breakfast is worth the money. rooms are clean, service is good.

Guess what? Pictures are not as they seem. AND they have Cockroaches!!! There ARE COCKROACHES playing around in the room area, (hint: room in level 2). If you have no choice but to stay there, maybe you can request for a different level. Strongly recommend not to go there.

I stayed for one night on 18-19th January 2014. It was a quad-sharing room with 2 double-bed. Bed is quite comfy and room is clean too. Size of the room is spacious with LCD tv attached to wall and comes with few packets of instant coffee and an iron. I was there for a company meeting and annual dinner at... More

Last time I wrote about the food service and it was bad. Today we had another wedding banquet and I was quite surprised it was a lot better. I like all the menu served, especially the beef and chicken was cooked nicely and it was really tasty. Service was good, waiters topped up the food quickly and we are all... More

Booked this hotel thinking it'll be conveniently near to Borneo Comvention Centre; need not have bothered as Kuching town was not that far away either. It's basically an inn priced like a hotel. My bed was shaped like one but felt like sleeping on planks. They offered the choice of city view, which I chose and no-view, which I imagined... More

I stayed at this hotel for the second time due to attending the management course. So far, the hotel showed much improvements after the major refurbishing that was completed recently. The lobby looked brighter. The front desk officer greeted us with a smile. The check-in was fast. The room still like before except some changes for some furnitures. But, the... More

I go there on March 2013.Overall nothing interesting. What have paid for double room is not equal to the room condition.Maybe because it an old hotel. Not too bad,but just so-so.Maybe in future hotel management must thinking about renovating the hotel to a new look. The location is great.Food ok.No Complaint.
