“Request For A Newly Renovated Room”

I was initiallly given an old room - the carpet was worn out, stained and smelly. I immediately requested for a change and was given a newly renovated room. This was clean. Overall a comfortable stay with excellent room wi-fi.

“good experience”

“Great hotel overlooking river”

This is a great hotel - make sure you get a room overlooking the river. Nice big pool as well. Walking distance to most sights in Kuching. Staff are very helpful. Great breakfast included with lots of choices. Would highly recommend this hotel.
