Lovely hotel with big rooms a large bathroom, I decor was a bit strange but this hotel is excellent value. Clean and tidy but it felt like a business hotel. Great location a few minutes walk to the river front with the restaurants etc. I would definitely stop here again

Stayed here with family, and all of us can testify that room was comfy especially the bed! Was very nice to sleep on. The location of the hotel is very strategic. To mention a few - walking distance to bazaar, waterfront, and especially the TopSpot Seafood food court! The famous Mira kek lapis shop is just across the lake which... More

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the entire town centre. The bedroom was huge (the bathroom was literally bigger than my bedroom at home) and very nicely furnished with huge windows (being on a hill and being a tall building means every room gets a view). The pool was lovely as well. I'd stay... More

I stayed here with my family recently. We have two young daughters, and getting an adjoining room on a non-smoking floor wasn't a problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As other reviewers have noted, the breakfast is great. We also ordered room service and this was fine as well. I'd stay here again for sure.

If you can afford the extra $$$ then definitely stay in one of the Executive Lounge club rooms! They really are very good value because you get a cocktail session complimentary every night from 6pm to 7:30pm. It includes beer, wine, basic spirits, soft drinks, juice, etc. Drinks can be expensive in Malaysia so this is why it's good value.... More

This hotel must have the largest, barest, loneliest, cave like lobby in the world. It's sanitised within an inch if it's life constantly. On arrival you are met with the harsh smell of disinfectant and this is maintained day and night from what I can make out. It's not offensive really but a bit like staying in an infirmary. Rooms... Stayed in Pullman for 1 night, the only saving grace in my travel to Kuching, Pullman is one of the nicest hotels in the area, modern rooms, friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out, nice pool. What i appreciated most is their breakfast buffet, offered a lot of international cuisine. Loved their Malaysian fare. The hotel has a mall although some... More

we stayed here for 3 nights, with one night in between spent at Bako national park. We checked out of the hotel one night and left our big bags with the hotel without any issues. The rooms were nice, although the air conditioning was really hard to control and never seem to get above 21 oC. The most annoying thing... More

This hotel is very modern and contemporary. The foyer area is very large and bright, check in was reasonably quick. Access to your floor is via the key card which has to be used in the lift to select your floor first, great in theory for security, but the card readers are very temperamental. Our room was of a good... More
