My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Kuching to check out the town and the surrounding areas. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, as the price of a room presents very good value for money. The rooms are clean, the service is decent, and the hotel is pretty well located to get to the waterfront or... More

My friend Sinead and I had a great stay in this hotel in June during the music festival. The staff are great - so helpful, so friendly. They picked us up and dropped us back to the airport and also kept our bags when we had an overnight in Bako national park. The hotel is excellent value for money and... More

We have just returned from a very enjoyable five nights at the Lime Tree. We stayed in an Executve Deluxe room and it was great. The room was spotless, had everything we required and the bathroom was excellent with a really good shower. Heaps of water from the rain type showerhead. The location was Ok with about a fifteen minute... More

The hotel is nearby the waterfront of Rajang River. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The top floor terrace has a good panoramic view of the city where one can have nice cool drinks. Staff were helpful.

During our stay, room was dirty and hotel seem to have lack of maintenance. Location is convenient even if noisy that we knew before going. But not expected that it is so noisy. Surprise this hotel is rank n°1 on tripadvisor.

The location of this hotel is great. It's right next to a famous laksa joint & Chinatown. Plenty of good eats & the awesome Bing! Cafe there. I've fallen in love with the lattes there. The rooms were pretty basic. It's what I'd expect at this price point. Clean room with a great view of the city. Ask for a... More

Small hotel not far from the city center and a traditional street with so many local foods. Room is not big and a little bit old but clean. Staff hospitality is superb. Welcome drink at the bar on the top floor is relax after a long day shopping. Breakfast is OK. Wifi is quite slow on the 4th floor. Overall,... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while on vacation. The hotel is very conveniently located, the room itself was modern and very comfortable, the amenities were great, and the service was excellent. We were also very impressed by the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of local and western dishes that were all delicious. We are especially grateful... More

Going to Kuching for work was quite an experience and I admit that, not being a frequent traveller in Asia, I was more than a bit nervous. The Lime Tree was a good base for me. It was convenient for the convention (which was in a relatively expensive hotel ten minutes' walk away), plus for some reason the atmosphere of... More

The hotel locates nearby a traditional street. So, it is easy for reaching the ordinary stuffs in the trip. It may not be a new hotel but deserves to accommodate upon limited budge. The receptions are very nice.
