Quite a large hotel, so no real personal service, but what it does it does well. Ordered airport pick up through the hotel, which turned out to be cheaper than the standard taxi fare, so worth taking this up. Went for a Deluxe room, which was spacious with a very comfortable large bed. the bathroom was large with lots of... More

The Hotel is 5 minutes far away from city's center. I arrived from the airport and the welcome was very good, with a welcome drink, it was very refreshing. The receptionist was efficient and fair, she explained me the hotel facilities and the main trip/tour supported by the hotel. The room was clean and big, you feel comfortable in it.... More

This is a functional, soulless hotel geared towards business travellers with overpriced laundry services and tours, a constantly empty rooftop bar with a mediocre view and the rooms have thin walls and a constant traffic noise outside. The hotel location is not great - right near a red light alley and 10 minutes to walk to the waterfront and 30... More

I have booked this hotel based on the reviews on TA. No regrets! Very good communications via email with front desk manager prior to trip. The hotel is located within waking distance to the river and the rest of the city places of interest. There are a lot of eateries nearby. The lime theme is extended throughout the hotel. Going... This hotel was really nice for the price. The service was courteous and prompt, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was quite close to the center of town and Riverwalk. They also have a gorgeous roof deck where you can look out over the city at sunset and enjoy a drink. And this was one of the few places... More

This is amazing for the price, well-located, the lime theme continued in colour and naming ,offering that freshness. It was good to have the environmentally friendly option, limited sheet changes and bathrooms with soap only. I could use the store of shampoos from other hotels! No smoking, excellent. Rooftop bar, terrific, tho the supervisor could take a lead out of... More

Me and wife had a great stay in May 2014 for 3 nights. Nice hotel. Had a welcome drink at the rooftop lounge where a beautiful scenery of the Kuching River, parts of Kuching and the mountains. Although room was a bit small but clean with an unique open-air wardrobe.Staffs were pleasantly helpful. Since it is located in the chinatown... More

Modern, clean and well situated close to the attractive waterfront area and relatively lively Jalan Padungan. We had a huge room connecting to a second room for a very reasonable price. For a small additional fee we were also greeted at the airport by a driver which was helpful. A pleasant stay and very well recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Kuching to check out the town and the surrounding areas. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, as the price of a room presents very good value for money. The rooms are clean, the service is decent, and the hotel is pretty well located to get to the waterfront or... More
