The hotel is some 5 minutes drive to the airport. In fact if you stayed in rooms at the back side of the hotel you can see the airstrip. However, it is about 30 minutes from the town centre. The only visible transport to the town centre is taxi and cost about RM25 one-way trip. When we arrived at the... More

I have previously stayed at Four Points multiple times during my visit to Kuching. However, my stay in here this time was quite disappointing. There were ants crawling on the desk and on the television counter top. Housekeeping probably overlooked when cleaning the room as i found rubbish hiding behind the curtains at the window. The bedsheets had brown stains.... More

This is the worst starwood hotel every visited. Its more of a 3 stars than a 4 stars Rooms and facilties look old and have a lot of stains. Taps, toilet bowls are slightly broken. Ants in room. Stains on sofa and bed. Cigarette smell in room. Tv remote is laggy. Toiletries provided are poor. This facility should be reviewed... More

My recent visit here has left me reasonably incensed. First off, the room did not have wifi so I couldn't immediately leave this review here on Tripadvisor. Perhaps that's the angle they were going for. The bedsheets and pillow cases were frayed, while the room towels showed very obvious signs of being cut in half. Occasionally, the canonical blue and... Checked into Four Points Kuching at 3pm on May 25th for two nights and literally walked into a hotel hell. Half the lifts are broken and the walkway to the rooms is moldy, wet and dark. Room ceiling was dripping water. Lift buttons don't work. The worst thing was when I took a lift down to the lobby, it went... More

Had check-in to Four Points by Sheraton Kuching after a conference in another local hotel. Being an SPG member I thought I should give Four Points a try...wish I didn't and stayed at the hotel organised by the Conference. Not was it a big let-down.. it doesn't deserve to be part of Sheraton. If as it's said that it's no... More

I chose this hotel because it’s the only SPG hotel listed in Kuching. After travelling a few days in the remote interior of Sarawak, my family and I needed a place to freshen up and to have a good shower. Our room was upgraded to a premier suite because of my SPG status. So, we did not stay overnight but... More

It's a hot Saturday afternoon; we're getting restless and thinking of checking in for a quick nap. Have some SPG points to burn, hence we booked 2 rooms via the mobile apps. My expectations were zero since my judgements are skewed with the poor reviews. We have acknowledged the sorry state of the building since last year where they’re still... More

Had to carry own bags whilst the bell boys/concierge stood idly by and watched. Both Rooms were poorly maintained and bathrooms were not hygienic. Bed linen had holes. Wallpaper were coming off the walls. This is by far the worst Sheraton Hotel ever encountered.

Location, staff, shuttle are still good. But maintenance has deteriorated. The lift to the pool has been "temporarily out of order" since I last stayed there 4 months ago. There isn't even a notice in the lift or lobby -- you find out only when approaching the non-functioning lift, then you have to get back into the lift again to... More
