I stayed about 1 week in Nomad and love it. The rooms are clean and nice (even though some do not have a window), painted in warm colours and decorated with nice Iban paintings. The staff, especially Chris, is incredibly friendly and helpful and will give you information and help you organizing your trips. The breakfast (all day!) is great... More

Horrible place to stay. The only good thing about this place is the lovely Malaysian lady that works here who is friendly and attentive. Otherwise, I felt like I was bullied by the guy who works here (he has tattoos all over his back). As a lone traveller this wasn't nice and the other travellers here were just as unfriendly,... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and while we enjoyed the social aspect, i.e. meeting other travelers, we didn't care for the room. We had a double with aircon and no window. It was clean and well maintained but really tiny, with only enough room for the bed up against the wall and a small night stand.... More

I visit Nomad since many years always when I am back in Kuching. The atmosphere is warmhearted and friendly, the place feels like a traveller's home and you usually meet great people. As there is a cozy public area there is enough space to meet and chat. Chris has always an open ear and lots of great travel tips what to... More

I have now been here twice. The first time for 10 days and the second for 5. The staff(Chris and team) are very friendly and helpful with any advice you need. The dorms are clean, have lockers and air con. Hot showers. Book exchange. Free 24 hour breakfast and tea/coffee. Free wifi. Lounge with tv and dvds. Kitchen facilities if... More

A great backpackers hostel with friendly staff. Great location. We stayed in a clean double room with bathroom and air conditioning. 24h self service breakfast included (toast, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milo). Nice hangout area where you can meet other travellers or watch a movie.

Nomads is a backpackers hostel above some ships in the Green Hill area. We stayed in a double room with A/C on the second floor. The rooms are plenty big enough and really clean but with only a tiny shower/WC room as opposed to a full ensuite, but not a problem. One of the best things about Nomads is the... More

This is more than just an inviting place to stay. There are dorms and rooms available. Breakfast bread (toast), jams, coffee, tea, milo (for a chocolate drink) but what makes this place worth selecting for your stay in Kuching (Sarawak, Borneo) is the co-owner Chris and his side-kick Mr-T. Enjoy cooking a meal from back home - they have a... More

Nomad's not so much a B&B, more of a backpackers lodge. It is located on the top floors above a shophouse in a small street behind Harbour View Hotel. We stayed four nights in a cosy ensuite room on the second floor (double bed with air-cond, private shower, toilet, dresser and towel provided), tastefully decorated with a couple of paintings....
