I stayed here on 3-4th May 2015 at your block 10, room 1032. The room looks very new and spacy but upon checking we found that the tv produced very special kinda of "sound effect", really annoying. The room temperature is 28°C when we entered the room . After complained to the hotel front liner, a maintenance staff was sent... More

The lousiest resort in the world has got to be One Santubong. Air-cond in the room is 28°C & cannot change the temperature, hotel lobby no air cond at all & hotter than hell, water is filthy, sometimes slow, most of the time no water at all & no mineral water provided in the room. The only thing I enjoy... More

Very good hotel for retreat and relaxation. But it has very terrible TV signal, no telephone, a bit difficult to find housekeeping. The hotel is designed specifically for urban retreat. Don't forget to bring books, golfs equipment and also bbq set. Sit back and relax. 7 Eleven is available within 4/5 KM located at Damai Central.

We stayed there during RWMF only because it was cheap. Don't expect much of this place since breakfast is lousy, rooms basic, no fridge since they took it out. Only reception area is renovated and ok. Staff at reception are friendly.

I was wary about checking into the hotel because of the bad reviews but our stay turned out to be quite nice. The room and facilities were quite dated but the space was huge. We had a queen and a king bed, huge bath tub and shower. TV and phone were not working but we were not there to watch... More
